No one can see your listings as a seller because of boosted listings, if you boost your listings then you ruin the search experience for the buyer. I’ve given up trying to search for anything to buy on depop, all that happens is the same boosted listings keep appearing in the search results. So you basically have to siv through 20 of the same item to find anything new. All for greed. They say they cut out selling fees but they just charge the buyer the fees and then charge the seller a processing fee. As well as charging for boosted listings. Sort it out depop. I used to sell and buy a lot on depop but it’s a waste of time these days. Ebay is a bit better but Vinted is really the way forward. Depop have a lot of catching up to do.

Great service and very convenience for anyone but is like everything you will find one or two that anyone call tell they are scamming some people. always careful, I was been charge by one of the contractors from this site $900 to $1000 to fix a broken pipe that was two inches think and 2 1/2 feet long and I could not believe such a scan and found a person that fix the problem for just $200.00. So be careful

Horrible experience with their customer service. I purchased a game that I couldn't get to work so I tried contacting Sony. They have no way of reaching a real person and it got so bad I had to contact my credit card company to issue a chargeback. It's really sad since Sony is such a huge global corporation. They seriously need to get their act together. I don't care how big you are, this kind of treatment to your customers will only bring you down in the future!

A few years ago I was happily selling a few items on Discogs until they brought in a new Shipping Policies system which was a nightmare to do and so convoluted they issued a 15 minute tutorial video which didn't cover any of the problems one might encounter, so I cancelled my listings. I decided to try again today as I have a few items to sell and managed to set up the UK policy but for some reason it is not letting me set up one for Europe. I cannot do anything now, not even log out as all I get is a pop up box asking whether I want to save changes and regardless of whether I click yes or no I still cannot log out. There is no customer support either as a chatbot just sends you a ticket with two links, which are of no use.I have never experienced anything like this ever, they have made a previously good system into one that for me anyway has effectively froze my account.

Yelp is the biggest scam to businesses. I had a 5 star review being a new business with Yelp with approximately 11 positive reviews. I received a sales call from Yelp and two days later 7 of the reviews were marked and removed as not being recommended. By Yelp doing this, my rating was dropped from a 5.0 to a 4.3. I contacted Yelp and they advised me they have no Control over this as their system controls this and not able to be edited. I advised the support person with Yelp that the reviews were marked as not recommended a few days after I had received the sales call. I asked to have my business completely removed from Yelp and I was advise this is not possible. I would not recommend Yelp to any business and I would suggest any person to discontinue the use of their services.

I ordered an item on the 14th and received a arrival date of the 16th it didn’t arrive and that’s ok I didn’t need it till Christmas. The weekend came by and bed bath and beyond started advertising last chance to order and get it by Christmas. I reached out to fedex and they said it was the shippers issue. So I reach out to bed bath and beyond saying the package hadn’t moved in days they said not to worry it was still on it way. A couple more days went by and I reached out again. They said there was a 3-5 delay from the original ship date. I said perfect it’s already been 5 days. She then said it would be here by the 22nd. It is now the 22nd and the package like I’ve been telling them still hasn’t left moved on the tracking at all. You shipping is an absolute joke and if there’s an issue I understand but don’t lie to me and at this point I’ve been lied to twice. Don’t purchase from BedBathAndBeyond

Zara has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and they clearly don’t care about their customers! I received an ivory top with a stain in the underarm area, even though the tags were still attached. I returned it due to its poor quality, but now they’re sending it back to me, claiming it doesn’t meet their refund policy. Unbelievable! And it’s not like you can email with pictures what was sent by them!!!!

How is it possible to have a company that treats its customer as bad as you???. We go to their store (in Bad Hersfeld) to cancel a subscription (mobile and LTE usb) as we did not have any signal where we lived so we thought that 90€ a month for 2 years was enough (eventhough the cleark said it was great when we bought it). then we are told that they will not take the cancelatiion in the store and we need to send it in to the head office. We did that but we never got any reply from them -at all-, then they turn off the subscriptions and we think all is fine they cancled the subscriptions -Perfect-. But no. Now 3 months later they send an inkasso notice, and when I go to your store I get told that they put a year more on the subscription, without telling us, as they haden't recieved the cancelation in time..... That is probaby the worst customer survice and customer experience I have ever tried.
