Once I figured out how to access live support via chat, which was extremely frustrating, all of the support agents I have dealt with have been helpful, friendly, competent, and comported themselves in a professional manner.

Review of eBay
Wow. So I ordered a "new in box i-pod" from a verified seller. What I received was not new in box, it was a refurbished device that had third party software on it that made it impossible to use. After getting jerked around by the seller which included returning it at my expense only to be ghosted and without a refund, I opened a claim with VISA. After this, E-Bay sent me an e-mail saying that I should have went through them. When I reported the seller to E-Bay for selling fraudulent items, which according to their site is a no-no, they informed me that AI has determined that I was wrong and the seller is allowed to continue to sell fraudulent items. E-bay, kiss my a$$. Will never spend a penny on anything from their worthless, integrity lacking website.
Review of consumerfinance
If I could give them a zero I would this is a federal government agency that should be eliminated. All they do is record your complaints and when you get a response back, there’s no option to debate they close the case and they move on so they’re not backing the consumer it’s really like a fraudulent bureaucracy is what I call it. This is an agency that definitely needs to be eliminated. They don’t work for the public. They don’t work for the consumer at all.
Review of aarp
I would give them no stars if possible. You can do as good if not better with discounts not using AARP.When AARP endorsed Oak Street Health that sealed what I already suspected that AARP is about money not quality for members as you couldn't find a health care provider worse than Oak Street Health for seniors,

Review of ulta
Over the last three years of using the Ulta app on my cell phone or ordering online at ulta.com - every order I place my bank flags the purchase as fraudulent. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It doesn't matter if it's $25 or $300. I called Ulta customer service this morning to obtain assistance in placing the order that was initially flagged as fraudulent activity after I spent an hour on the phone with my bank to release the hold on my card. The first person I was speaking with - we lost audio so I called back and that woman told me she couldn't find my order using my email address. Why didn't she exhaust all the possible ways of looking for my order before telling me she couldn't find the order? I spoke with a supervisor/manager and she told me they can't see my order without the order number. If there is an order number that means the order was successfully placed, so why would I call for assistance if the order was successful? Why do they offer the option for order assistance if they can't actually offer assistance? I prefer shopping online, but if I have to go through my card's fraud department every time I want to order something from Ulta, I will find another company. Unfortunately nobody at Ulta wants to help figure out why this keeps happening....
Review of dashlane
I had lost the ability to log in to dashlane. The Dashlane Customer Support, Pedro, stayed with me for a 3 day Odyssey to get back on line. Each day we took a step and a new issue would come up. I email Pedro and the next day there was a email from Pedro for the subsequent step if I was still not successful. I have never had a Customer Support person stick with me for the long and I needed the support. He stuck with me until I let him know I had been successful. Best ever!
