Order a product during the Black Friday Sales. It was reportedly delivered on Sunday the 1st December but no photo was taken by the delivery driver of me receiving my parcel. I called immediately to tell them this was a mistake and I had not received my parcel. I was then told I had to wait 48 hours, for them to do their own investigation. 48 hours passes, I am told that the parcel has been stolen by a third party and that I had to report the crime and send them a police report and crime reference number. The onus was on me to prove the parcel didn't arrive despite their driver not following protocol. I am now going round in an impossible loop, where they are demanding a Police report before I can go any further. However, the UK Police doesn't release reports for these type of crimes. I have sent pictures of my email from my local Police constabulary but this is not enough, I need a report. Has anyone experienced this absolute farce and managed to get round it? I have raised a dispute with my bank but feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall.

Spent $190 on Adidas shoes and immediate outside the warranty period, they developed hole in both shoes. I’m 60 years old and not a terror on shoes…. A nice pair of shoes usually lasts me a year or so. These were my first and last pair of Adidas shoes!

I very seldom write negative reviews on companies. I've been using computers since 1968, so I'm not a neophyte. My dealings with McAfee over the past couple of weeks have driven me to write this negative review. I've had several subscriptions to various McAfee products for several years. I have only recently contacted them to have a technician help me when I was having problems with my computer. They couldn't help me. All they wanted to do was sell me more programs. I was able to get the problem fixed with another company. Today I decided to order their PC Optimizer. When downloading it, I was told I would need to uninstall another company's program. I didn't want to do that. After checking the website, I called McAfee to cancel my subscription to PC Optimizer. After nearly an hour talking to several people, I was told someone would help me download the program. Even after taking over my PC, she was unsuccessful. I was transferred again and only after becoming very irate, which I try not to do, the person finally refunded the purchase amount to my credit card. I understand that the people I am dealing with are supposed to try to increase the company's profits and to avoid giving refunds, but McAfee is by far the worst company I have had to deal with. I’m considering cancelling all of my McAfee subscriptions and notifying my credit card company to block any further McAfee charges. I know that will be difficult.

I have written a 500 word review of this lowest of the low rob dog company , they are fraudsters nothing is straightforward Lloyds Bank Fraud Department has assisted me with my case. For whatever reason my original review has been deleted, McAfee still owe me money and I am confident Lloyds Bank Fraud Department will sort this.People out there please be aware of the Fraudulent actions of this company, look at the one star reviews this speaks for itself.

Support at Crypto.com does exist only by a kind of impersonal emails... KYC is done in an impossible way. I can't pass KYC even if I have sent docs by email and the app. This is not fair as most of us are normal people who want to use their services, and we have nothing to hide and have no bad intentions! 😕

Just an ok user experience. Users can't configure their home page dashboard, and company, contact, opportunity records are nested on separate pages instead of flowing in a logical manner in a single page display. Often, it is necessary to click 2 links to get to the intended destination such as full view of a contact record. Activity ticker lists many unnecessary system updates that pollute the page with flotsam that doesn't help manage the sales process. My biggest beef is users can't append email threads captured by PW to the opportunities, so critical pieces of communications related to how the opportunity developed aren't part of the deal record. Likewise, if users send a quote to the customer, that email also can not be appended to the opportunity record. In addition, opportunities can only have 1 client contact. That does not align to the real world. Most often multiple customer contacts are participants, yet there is no way to add the to PW opportunities.

Update: Copper, to its credit, reached out to us and credited our account. We've updated our review to reflect the company's willingness to address our concern.Shady company. Stay away. We had a subscription with them, attempted to cancel, but still charged an annual fee. There was zero use of the account for over a year. We asked for a refund, and the company refused. There are plenty of other CRMs out there. Choose another one!
