Updated Review: Billing Issue Resolved

Update: Copper, to its credit, reached out to us and credited our account. We've updated our review to reflect the company's willingness to address our concern.Shady company. Stay away. We had a subscription with them, attempted to cancel, but still charged an annual fee. There was zero use of the account for over a year. We asked for a refund, and the company refused. There are plenty of other CRMs out there. Choose another one!

just bad..

Scam organization that so obviously protects paying members it’s sad. The whole concept of ‘rating ‘ businesses that pay you for membership is bogus , anyway

Support at Crypto.com has problems

Support at Crypto.com does exist only by a kind of impersonal emails... KYC is done in an impossible way. I can't pass KYC even if I have sent docs by email and the app. This is not fair as most of us are normal people who want to use their services, and we have nothing to hide and have no bad intentions! 😕

Just an ok user experience

Just an ok user experience. Users can't configure their home page dashboard, and company, contact, opportunity records are nested on separate pages instead of flowing in a logical manner in a single page display. Often, it is necessary to click 2 links to get to the intended destination such as full view of a contact record. Activity ticker lists many unnecessary system updates that pollute the page with flotsam that doesn't help manage the sales process. My biggest beef is users can't append email threads captured by PW to the opportunities, so critical pieces of communications related to how the opportunity developed aren't part of the deal record. Likewise, if users send a quote to the customer, that email also can not be appended to the opportunity record. In addition, opportunities can only have 1 client contact. That does not align to the real world. Most often multiple customer contacts are participants, yet there is no way to add the to PW opportunities.

Review of kraken

Read reviews first.

I have given Kraken 3 stars as all the problems I had have been resolved.Customer support was fantastic when you actually spoke to someone. My wife opened an account under her own name for taxation purposes. We decided we would use her account and close mine. I thought it would be an easy process to transfer all my holdings to the new Kraken account but Kraken does not allow to move crypto between Kraken accounts. This led to all sorts of problems involving using the same bank for both account even though the bank account was in BOTH our names.I totally understand that it is for my own protection but somehow I felt that I was seen to be attempting to do something illegal. It isn't a very good feeling having your accounts locked while they verify documents, in my case 3 days ( not as long as some on here ) but nonetheless enough to make you anxious about how easy it is to be locked out of your account. My account is all working fine now and no problems at all.I was lured to Kraken by the fees which are way way less than what I am currently paying but we have decided to go back to our original trading platform as we both feel it is more secure. Had I read these reviews I most likely would not have opened an account.

Review of yoast

The product and the service are both amazing.

I have only used yoast a short amount of time to improve my Wordpress website. Yoast helped me greatly in achieving that. Not only was the process of setting it up really quick but also using it was intuitive and easy. The detailed guides they provide for every possible improvement are very helpful. In case one has an additional question, their support is fast and friendly. I was very impressed!I have now programmed my own html website and therefore can’t use yoast anymore. Their support has said that they are hoping to develop the plugins for other content management systems in the future. I hope so too. :)

GENOCIDE COMPLICITY.

COMPLICIT IN APARTHEID.COMPLICIT IN APARTHEID. GOOGLE is firing all employees who support Palestine. This company has no morality. If they think one second that we can not live without them they are dreaming. Mac donald thought they were untouchable. Google are next on the list to boycott. Boycott Google!

Review of mercari

Poshmark is Better than this company…..

I’ve had an account with them for over 5 years. I was only buying from it until recently I was uploaded some of my clothes to sell. Yesterday I was attempted to sell for the first time. Since I have only a US military government ID, which they don't allow you to verify yourself!!!! I could not get a shipping QR code. Contact with themIs useless because they don't get back to you to solve that problem. But they delete the message I sent to the buyer can purchase it from me via Poshmark. Poshmark is all the way for me!

Review of intuit

Website issue caused me to lose out on offer price

I have been trying to purchase Quickbooks and there seemed to be a problem on the website the last few days. I came back to it a couple of times, but didn't have the time to phone up and get help. Today I had enough time, so I tried to setup an account again. The website is now showing the pricing has changed. I phoned up to ask for help and they would not honour yesterdays price, even though the problem with the website was their issue.

Review of depop

The people behind Depop are robbing…

The people behind Depop are robbing their own users in plain sight. They make you connect your account with PayPal and if your card is linked they can take an amount out of your card without your permission. This happens to a lot of sellers on the app. DO NOT use this garbage company.
