You cant contact anyone at Amazon, you have to pay for a higher level of service to get them to do anything and then it still takes days to fix. How in this day and age can a company of this size not have systems that tell them when one of their customers sites are down. We are the customer and they are making more money while we are losing it.When it works its fine so 2 stars

I have a query about my account that is not covered by the multiple confusing pages of their website which mainly seems to concentrate on marketing. I could not find an email address for customer use nor a phone number, nor even a chatbot relating to the issue I have. So I may have to change to a different photographic editing company.We live in the 21st century and most other companies seem to value customer contact and support in a way that Adobe doesn't. It does not require rocket science to have a "contact us" link at the bottom of the home page on the website.

I'd recommend 100% Typeform. I've even been asked about it. It's easy to understand and a very reliable when you need that urgent Q&A. Or maybe for that one presentation and you want to know what are people's opinions are. You'll end up liking the integration options available.If you have a blog and would like to know people's opinions this is the right choice. And I'm happy they have both monthly and annual payments - i've found other softwares that are only annual payments.

Googled “Lucid chart Scam billing” after seeing 29 monthly charges of $10.6. Lucid customer service saying only one month will be refunded. Never used and now see similar victims of their predatory billing on legitimate credit cards here. Will also be pursuing any legal action!

The #1 reason we work is to get paid. I haven't been paid for work I did 6 months ago and care.com support has been completely unhelpful in getting it resolved. I know the client paid them, care.com claims it was deposited to my bank, but my bank (my credit union for 30 years) did not receive the deposit. I've used care.com sporadically for about 10 years. This is the first time I've had an issue but it seems a big one to me. And it's next to impossible to reach someone at care.com who will even try to help. No support phone #, "do not reply" emails, etc. I think the clients get better support, but the providers don't.Also, it used to be free to sign up as a care provider but now you have to pay an annual fee for a "background check" (used to be optional) in addition to the 10% cut they take from your pay.Lastly, both their website and their app are a pain to navigate. Not intuitive.I still use them for new clients, but it's mostly inertia - I should look into their competition, and so should you if you're looking to do the same kind of work.

Care.com has provided zero reason for suspending my perfect caregiver account of 8 + years. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to get this reinstated because I have worked tirelessly to maintain it over the years and accumulate 18 perfect reviews for my hard work. I sincerely hope they reach out to FIX this error ASAP!ZERO reasoning was provided! How is this even possible?UPDATE: I hope to remove this review soon as I will be a speaking to a supervisor not too long from now...UPDATE January 8th - The first supervisor said NO we don't have to tell you anything.Still waiting on official company response from these reviews posted UPDATE January 10th, Care responded via facebook and this website indicating they will reach out with safety team member TODAY - still waiting - it's 5:27CST -and they told me this at 1:08CST. Still a good sign - I hope this is pivotal moment!UPDATE January 11th, Care responded again on facebook and says they are still going to contact me (obviously next week now since it's Saturday)Take your bets now whether this account will be resolved and reinstated by the end of next weekUpdate January 13th, Care's trust and safety member has still not called. I contacted their team member chat and they say I will be contacted very soonUPDATE - January 14, still no responseUPDATE - January 15, their Safety person told me that "unfortunately the decision to close your account is irreversible." And that they can't me tell anything due to being an opaque company etc. I am currently awaiting the results of the attorney general - we'll see if that gets any traction.
