After watching my order sit at the post office for 3 weeks and not being able get any positive results from the vendor I canceled my order. Now 3 weeks later I get the item even though I canceled the order. They will not refund the amount I paid so I guess I am stuck with it. What's irritating is I ordered another one which I received in 3 days. Never ever again with this company. They are terrible customer service.

Unfriendly and dismissive staff

Uniqlo store in Covent Garden (London) is a beautiful establishment, though unfortunately it's beauty is unmatched by the actual store experience. The staff on the floor is pretty much non-existent (you can catch glimpses of members of the staff walking in the back corridors). When approached on the floor, the attitude is dismissive and cold to the point where it makes you feel like you're being given a favour and you should really feel lucky for that fleeting moment of attention you're receiving. I've been to the store trice in the past two weeks and my experience has been consistent on all occasions. Today right after I visited the Covent Garden store I have been to the 311 Oxford Street (London) one and while the store is less architecturally appealing the customer experience is eons apart. The staff on every floor was genuinely willing to help and helpful. I like the brand and I have shopped with them for a few years now so I have been to their stores before, I will certainly stay away from the Covent Garden branch in the future.

If I could have left no stars I would have done. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered 2 jackets 1 medium and 1 large and only received the large item. This company has charged me twice for both jackets. I have contacted them on numerous times and they are not willing to refund my money. I am now £109 out of pocket! All they do is ROB I advise no one to order from this company!

Convenience

Square is good because everything is in one place from sales and inventory to the website, it’s all connected. 4 stars because they charge for every little thing. We want to do a quarterly newsletter but not for $15 a month. It’s kinda crazy it costs so much for an email to be sent. They make so much money off us already from the transaction fees to the website fees…square could instead charge per email not monthly and we would consider using it.Oh and one thing I can see becoming a lawsuit someday…Square takes a fee from the Sales Tax I collect for the state. That shouldn’t be on the businesses to reimburse. It’s a sales tax for the people that live in the state not the business that collects it. Seems like this could be illegal.

Very helpful support staff.

I had a payment related issue which was relatively annoying to fix as I had to go between the payment gateway, ko-fi and the merchant but ko-fi's support staff were always polite and did go out their way to assist me with resolving the issue. Everything was resolved within a few days so I cannot praise them enough.

Not happy with this service

I had purchased hotel tickets to vacation in Ocean City when the COVID19 situation was starting to settle down. I purchased them at a non refundable rate, but Kayaks website states that during this pandemic, non refundable hotel stays are to be refunded, if you decide to cancel your stay because of said virus. Cases have shown up in Ocean City recently. So of course, i call to cancel my hotel stay, and was told that the hotel i selected was not on the list of hotels registered for a refund. I called a 2nd time to see if i could talk to someone else, but i get the same answer as before. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and this is how they handle things. So i get no refund and im out money. No vacation either. I am not recommending these people to anyone because of this. Its completely ridiculous.
