FineArtAmerica has a very strange 30 day return policy that commences when the item is ORDERED, not when it is shipped or received. The first and only item I ordered from them was not shipped for nearly 3 weeks, though the website said it would ship with 4 days, thus leaving just a couple of days to decide whether it was acceptable or not. A returned item must be physically back to them within the 30 days or it will not be accepted. So in theory, they could sit on your item for 24 days, ship it, and so give you literally no option to return it. They won't be getting any more orders from me.

You should sack your entire IT department and start again! Appallingly bad playback!!! Surely the 88% 1 π reviews warrant some action C4? The All4 app is terrible. I have never successfully got through an entire programme without issue. Watching last night's Bake off and half way through it starts to buffer and now it's displaying "content currently unavailable. Please try again later." Even after exiting the app and restarting at least 5 times, it's still unavailable. Please sort it out C4, this has been an issue for years!!!

I spent $1400 integrating our apps api with Sendgrid's transactional emails. Emails started getting blocked because the shared pool ip we were in was blacklisted because there was a "paypal phish emitter"sharing the ip. Sendgrid has no process for managing bad actors like this. The only solution is pay $89.95/mo for a dedicated ip. So I upgraded. And their system would not upgrade our account. Now all I can do is go to a competitor and spend $1400 to integrate the api emails again.

I bought a laptop in Dec. 2023 and it's under warranty. The warranty is useless. The hinges connecting the top piece to the bottom piece broke and the laptop cannot close. There's no address to mail the laptop in for repair. I will never purchase a Lenovo product again. They are cheaply made and the warranty is worthless.

Ordered two tablets back in November , I contacted Dell with my new address and they told me not to worry that the order and the invoice would have the new address on the package. Dell sent this order to my old address. It has been almost two months and I have yet to get any help with this situation. I agreed to there financing, though I never received my order they are still trying to make withdraws from my account. I have tried to contact them several times and all I get back is emails, few times I have talked to them was just a waste of my time. Impossible people to deal with.

I was attended by EMILY at the Toowoomba Telstra Service in Grand Central a few days ago, and I must say, it was one of the most pleasant experiences Iβve had with Telstra's Service Teams Ever! The young lady named EMILY was very friendly and so helpful in assisting me with the process of purchasing an iPhone SE and 10th Generation iPad plans. Being disabled, I struggle with the process of understanding how to go about doing things like this, but Emily was so pleasant, relaxed and professional in really explaining in detail how Telstra plans work, how activating the iPad and the new iPhone will work, and she gave me excellent advice on choosing an affordable plan for the wonderful new purchases, which made the whole process run smoothly and efficiently, and she really allayed all my fears and concerns with her expertise and cheerful nature. I just wanted to commend the Customer Support Team at Telstra in Grand Central Shopping Centre, Toowoomba that you indeed should be proud of your Team, because you have extremely good Team members on board, that make shopping there an absolute pleasure! Emily was thoroughly professional, experienced in her field and a real sweetheart to be served by. Well Done Telstra!
