Don't have an option to give 0 stars else i would have given that. Literally the worst customer service experience i have ever had. Have talked to them every single week for more than a month. They never get back to you on your case, you have to call every time and ask an update. One simple issue never gets resolved for months. Every time they open a new case and leave it hanging. And for update, my issue never get resolved, i just decided to never trade using their platform. That's the most peaceful solution i could come upon after dealing with them for months.

Rang Sage technical support got through to SIMON BOWERYI have not come across a technical support advisor like Him. He was very kind listened to my issues never cut me off in the middle and went through my queries systematically and sorted my issues. Sometimes the reports are very focusing on the financials of a company. I would prefer more focus on the business cases, strategic market positioning, etc.2. Fool is very USA centric. But there are so many great opportunities outside the USA. Would be a true enhancement to consider and report more about companies in Europe and Asia.

Wow, donc pour un colis qui m'a coûté déjà une centaine de dollars + le 90$ de frais, je veux maintenant retourner seulement 2 items et ils me chargent 22.40$ pour tenter de le retourner. Vraiment, pire expérience ! I placed an order for the holidays. Once the package arrives at my home, I will be charged $90 customs fees. Then, despite the sizes on the internet, I realize that the pants are not the right length, so I want to return this pair of pants and a pair of boots (a return of around $58... not much), once the return started, they charged me $22.40 to return my package. I contacted customer service because it was clearly mentioned that returns were free and the agent clearly told me that there was nothing she could do to help me. Wow, so for a package that already cost me a hundred dollars + the $90 fee, I now want to return only 2 items and they charge me $22.40 to try to return it. Truly, worst experience! it's the last time for me here, I'm very disappointed with my experience.

I Saw this in another review and i completely agree: Do Not Fly Delta - its expensive and No recognition for loyalty whatsoever. I have Always chosen Delta to fly to Boston, No more. I paid a small fortune for comfort and No recognition for being a klm Gold member. Not a Good partner for klm in my view.
