Don't have an option to give 0 stars else i would have given that. Literally the worst customer service experience i have ever had. Have talked to them every single week for more than a month. They never get back to you on your case, you have to call every time and ask an update. One simple issue never gets resolved for months. Every time they open a new case and leave it hanging. And for update, my issue never get resolved, i just decided to never trade using their platform. That's the most peaceful solution i could come upon after dealing with them for months.

Dear Customer Service team, I have tried to access the small pdf site for editing a PDF but trial version started accidentally and I have been charged for a monthly service of USD 12 on February 8, 2023. I have never used any of the services, request you to cancel the subscription immediately and refund the monthly charges immediately. Thanks in advance!

Have used SAGE for over 40 years. But was having problems with regards to digital returns to HMRC. Rang Sage technical support got through to SIMON BOWERYI have not come across a technical support advisor like Him. He was very kind listened to my issues never cut me off in the middle and went through my queries systematically and sorted my issues. Wish you could always get through for assistance to some one like SIMON i hope in future I get through to him if need be Thank you SIMON BOWERY

Nudges me to stay consistent. Helps to keep emotional reactions to market fluctuations in check. Provides me with new companies to look into.How to improve:1. Sometimes the reports are very focusing on the financials of a company. I would prefer more focus on the business cases, strategic market positioning, etc.2. Fool is very USA centric. But there are so many great opportunities outside the USA. Would be a true enhancement to consider and report more about companies in Europe and Asia.

I love listening to sleep stories on Calm, but I have to pass on most of the meditations and other useful tips read by Tamara Levitt. Her voice timbre and style of speech is so irritating. I will not renew my subscription because of it. Sorry Tamara. She is probably a wonderful person, just wrong for reading relaxation meditations.

J'ai passé une commandé pour les fêtes. Une fois le colis arrivé chez moi, des frais de douanes de 90$ me sont chargés. Ensuite, malgré les grandeurs sur internet, je réalise que les pantalons ne sont pas de la bonne longueur, donc je veux faire un retour de cette paire de pantalon et d'une paire de botte (un retour d'environ 58$... pas grand chose), une fois le retour commencé, ils me chargent 22.40$ pour renvoyer mon colis. Je contacte le service à la clientèle, car clairement il était mentionné que les retours étaient gratuits et l'agente me dit clairement qu'elle peut rien faire pour m'aider. Wow, donc pour un colis qui m'a coûté déjà une centaine de dollars + le 90$ de frais, je veux maintenant retourner seulement 2 items et ils me chargent 22.40$ pour tenter de le retourner. Vraiment, pire expérience ! I placed an order for the holidays. Once the package arrives at my home, I will be charged $90 customs fees. Then, despite the sizes on the internet, I realize that the pants are not the right length, so I want to return this pair of pants and a pair of boots (a return of around $58... not much), once the return started, they charged me $22.40 to return my package. I contacted customer service because it was clearly mentioned that returns were free and the agent clearly told me that there was nothing she could do to help me. Wow, so for a package that already cost me a hundred dollars + the $90 fee, I now want to return only 2 items and they charge me $22.40 to try to return it. Truly, worst experience! it's the last time for me here, I'm very disappointed with my experience.

Really bad loyalty towards klm Gold member

I Saw this in another review and i completely agree: Do Not Fly Delta - its expensive and No recognition for loyalty whatsoever. I have Always chosen Delta to fly to Boston, No more. I paid a small fortune for comfort and No recognition for being a klm Gold member. Not a Good partner for klm in my view.
