Beyond incompetent. Support is a joke, agents are not knowledgeable and reset settings that made my website go down, which my admin had to inform me about, then spent HOURS trying to fix it, but had to have the webiste host send domain.com basic instructions on what they needed to do. meanwhile, they reset passwords to the Google email manager AND blocked out my admin and completely REMOVED her from access, but now I cannot even add her back with instructions to go to the domain reseller - domain.com - and now I am going into the abyss with multiple agents who keep asking me the same questions...already on the line for over an hour with multiple people who are clueless & can't do he basics. Kill me now, Run away.
