I have had a horrible experience with yelp for my business. I feel as though I was preyed upon by them to give my credit card info. When I gave them my info, I had no idea that I was going to be charged $450 for nothing. And now while trying to cancel... They are worse than Verizon!!!!!!! Still on hold after 1 hour. They make it damn near impossible to cancel a bogus service

KNOWINGLY BREAK THE LAW AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL. A seller sold me fake, counterfeit goods which were then confiscated and destroyed in-store by Apple when I took them in to find out what was wrong, so I contacted the seller who admitted that they were fake and then refused a refund. I reported the listing to eBay who, despite proof that they are fake and a full admission from the seller, refused to remove the listing (breaking UK counterfeit laws) and refused me a refund. I now have no money, no goods and Bay are continuing to knowingly profit from illegal activity. They should be shut down or heavily fined and the victims of this fraud should get compensated. Why are they allowed to intentionally break the law because they are rich? A report is being sent to Trading Standards.

This company sucks now. Their policies are terrible. If a burger costs $6.50 and I don’t even receive it in the bag, they’ll give me something like $5.25. They can’t even refund me the full price of the item, let alone any of the fees it takes! When the food arrives low quality or bad, they just take your complaint, tell you there’s no refund available, and will close the item so you can’t complain about it or review it.DoorDash has gone severely downhill in the last 2-3 years. I got rid of my DashPash, and deleted the app. Even if I do end up going back to a delivery service, it won’t be Door Dash. Utterly disappointed in how awful their policies and customer service is now. They’ve made me feel like an afterthought and like their users don’t matter at all.Do anything else to get your food delivered. Don’t get DoorDash.

Ordered November 26,2022. Order has yet to ship on December 7th. Horrible customer service. Cannot get to a human to answer questions. Phone busy! Bot is ridiculous. When I was finally in queue for a “live” chat I went from 77 in line to 58 then the chat ended.

I accidentally stepped on the receiver while it was inside my laptop's USB slot. It physically broke a bit and was quite loose when inserted in the laptop's USB slot. Quite often I was losing connection while typing or using the cursor etc. I bought a Unified receiver only to find out that my model of keyboard K270 and mouse were not supported by this receiver. Thought to buy a replacement receiver specifically for MK270 but could not find it anywhere either. Not sure what to do as it would be a shame to through away keyboard and mouse as I have just recently bought them. So I decided to ask for a help from Logitech Customer Service. I explained my situation and got email from Mary Ann whereby she apologized that she is dealing with only US and Canadian customers and informed me that my case was endorsed to one of her colleagues that support customers outside her scope. Soon I had an email from Anand Badiger who sends useful links and requested me to provide a bit more context to the situation and details so that they can update my profile. My case then was monitored by Avijit D. who ensured me that I can claim a warranty as my product is under warranty period. He requested me to contact the place of purchase to get a quick replacement of the receiver or the entire product. Avijit also informed me that alternatively I could purchase the receiver and provided the link to the sales website. I tried to call to Currys where I bought the set but was unlucky to reach them. (half an hour waiting on their customer service line and no response whatsoever) Also, I told him that still was not comfortable to use public transport for any non-essential travelling due to the situation with the virus. Got an email from Avijit that he will proceed with replacing existing receiver which i thought was great. Unfortunatelly I was not able to connect my set with new receiver and Logitec kindly decided to send me replacement of the whole combo set! Stricltly by law they had no obligation to do it as it was my fault that i stepped on the receiver and i didn't have any insurance either. So it was very nice from them to send a new set for me. I want to say special thanks to Avijit D. as he was the one who was dealing with my case in a very polite manner and efficiently. Thank you!

I have purchased books from them before and no problem. This past time however, I never received one book from the order through their seller Owl books. I have contacted both the original seller, Abe books and the bookseller Owl books numerous times since April 20/24 when the book was to arrive. Nothing, no feedback whatsoever. I have a feeling I am out $20 US and will never receive my book. I will never purchase anything from Abe books again. Ever!!
