I purchased this item from the Mens tab as a size M. Without measurements provided on the listing, I typically am a M in Rick Owens outerwear. However, when the item arrived, I realize that this measures as a Womens M. Shoulder is only 16” across and pit to pit is only 18”. I could not even get my arms thru the sleeve. HBX promises to answer emails within 24 hours, only to hear back after my second email beyond the 24 hour time frame.Long story short, sloppy listing layouts, spotty policies and lost my money.I’d much prefer outlets such as cettire and ssense as listings are clear, along with reliable customer service.Buyer beware
