They are just bad. Apparently Support have no way to communicate with deliveries. Incorrect delivery schedules given to customers that means customers stay in all day due to made up information. Support lie to customers & tell you different information than what is communicated on tracking. Support say the parcel is delayed, tracking says lost, either way they take your money & take 5-7 days to refund (Citizens advice interested in that one). It's quite frankly laughable. It's a shame the owners ex wife didn't get the company in the settlement, she couldn't do a worse job than the space cadet. Embarrassing.

I avery had one of these for 2 years an it has worked on and off during this time. It keeps directing you to google to sign in via your account and wants you to give access to your account very suspicious. If you try to login direct to nest it keeps failing. I think they are trying to force you into buying an updated version.

Worst experience of my life. I made a return of a poorly working phone, and it's been 4 months since I got neither money nor phone back. The staff are incredibly ignorant and unresponsive, ignore your questions and requests, and do only what they want. I asked them to send me a confirmation letter from the post office if they send me the phone. Instead they sent me just a track code, just numbers without any confirmation that it was my parcel. All that this code shows for over a week now is - Je pakket is (bijna) bij PostNL. And no response from BOL to all my emails. With every step BOL partners and employees create more and more problems and disappear when they should be solved. When will I get this huge, time and energy consuming problem solved? CASE:207390813

I've been trialing this software and have come across an issue with it. I have tried using their chat system 4 times (it timed out and closed automatically while "waiting to connect to the next available agent"). I also put a post on the community forum and raised a support ticket.No response whatsoever after waiting several days.Unfortunately this means that I have been unable to evaluate it properly as the trial will end shortly.Based on this and the lack of support I can't recommend unfortunately.

First order I waited weeks for. Was a quality item and fair price and it was during lockdown so I thought ok took way longer than everyone else but give them a break. Did second order. A bath mat didn’t arrive, so I emailed. Got the most bored, disinterested, couldn’t care less member of staff EVER! And was told it will arrive in about TWO months and bye, like the style of OU, although some stuff is ridiculously priced but I feel like I’ve been STOLEN from charging g me for something that takes three months to arrive so clearly hasn’t even been manufactured or why three months? Joke. This amounts to theft in my opinion and I will never order from this take your money but make it clear they are bored when you ask a question company again. The worst shopping experience and total disregard for their customers.

After many years of using the product, we could no longer afford the price increases. Of course the annual renewal was not announced, and the card was charged. It was almost impossible to find how to contact customer service, and the answer was "too bad" you agreed to the terms. It didn't matter that we had not launched a new survey in the past 10 months. Not even willing to prorate our subscription. Whoever bought them is squeezing every penny out, customers be damned. We are a non-profit serving our community, and they just pinched us.

Super basic helpdesk software that works - Can onboard personnel very quickly. Zendesk seems to have more features at the same price points but it is generally more complex and has a higher learning curve. On the other hand, Zendesk just came out with a $5 per seat per month plan that seems to be at par with Helpscout.
