After many years of using the product, we could no longer afford the price increases. Of course the annual renewal was not announced, and the card was charged. It was almost impossible to find how to contact customer service, and the answer was "too bad" you agreed to the terms. It didn't matter that we had not launched a new survey in the past 10 months. Not even willing to prorate our subscription. Whoever bought them is squeezing every penny out, customers be damned. We are a non-profit serving our community, and they just pinched us.
