I purchased a Christmas present from them and only met up with the recipients this week who told me that the retro poster had a glaring spelling mistake on it - the village name was totally mis-spelt and was in fact a total rip-off of the original (presumably copyrighted) design.This error had escaped me as I simply wrapped the parcel.. The scam seller BETTY BOYNS DESIGNS (aka Paula Nicholls in Penzance) has now stopped selling on Etsy (funny that) and I can no longer claim a refund through the normal channels as because she is no longer trading, the dates to open a case have weirdly reverted to 2023 not 2025! I have therefore referred this to Trading Standards. Avoid folks if you don't want to waste your money on fraudulent goods. If I could give a minus 100 rating for this company and its scam sellers I would.

Terrible customer service. I have ordered M size based on the information on their website but the actual one that I have received was much smaller , almost S size. I have contacted customer service and sent some pictures with measurement but was told they do not deem as a faulty and goods are not returnable/exchageable. I have asked them if there is any guideline for them to consider the goods are faulty but they just said they can't advise it.

I bought two concert tickets on eBay. After I purchased them, the seller messaged me on eBay saying that he wanted twice as much money as he had offered them for and told me to meet him and pay him in cash the extra money. When I refused, he cancelled the items, selecting the item is damaged option. This prevents me from leaving him a negative review. I won't get my money back for several days, according to eBay. eBay's system makes this easy to happen. It is really hard to navigate the customer support and I could not find any way to talk to someone at eBay.de. Shameful company allowing fraud to occur on its website

DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THE IDEA OF JOINING GOOGLE FI. Their customer support is a hodgepodge of miserable human beings who give absolutely zero sh*ts about actually helping you. I changed from Verizon, signed up for a promotion for a half price phone and $35 unlimited data for the first three months on this new service, but as I was being assisted by google fi customer support online to transfer my phone number it was assigned to a line that was not the one I signed up for google fi for. So I did not have a working phone number for days; I have, to date, spent OVER 18 hours of my time dealing with these miserable people (and counting), I finally got my phone number assigned to the correct account after keeping at it with these people, I followed all of their instructions again to be able to keep the promotion I signed up for (half price pixel 4a 5g) but I received an automated message to my email saying that I don't apply for the promotion because I did not transfer my phone number from another provider to google fi .... Which is absolute BS. Every customer service representative I speak to has continuously contradicted the prior one's steps that they have given me while on the phone with them, and now none of them, not even supervisors, want to do anything about the situation I am in, blaming it on the fact that promotion rules are automated .... Like humans can't override a machine when they are the ones who have led me down this mistaken path. I have kept and forwarded them all of the IDs of the conversations I have kept (I did not get 4 of them but have 6), why the hell do they give you these for your records and say that the conversations will be recorded IF THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK INTO YOUR HISTORY AND LISTEN TO THEM. It's easier for them to blow you off and play dumb and blame it on automated machines. Absolutely pathetic; I DESPISE google fi.

I really like the store, the search system is very efficient, and although it is not 100% accurate the filter system for promotions tends to bring good results when the cost benefit of a game on sale in addition to the refund policies that are very good and of course DRM-FREE.

My Fenix 3 failed during a swim (It's supposed to be able to deal with that), so I've tried contacting Garmin support through their web site, by email, by phone, ...I did manage to get one response which suggested I try washing the unit in soapy water otherwise they'd need to register an RMA at a price.I tried washing it, but still no joy. Can I get hold of Garmin UK again? Not a chance. They're either ignoring my attempts to contact them or just don't care about their customers. Either way it's pretty appalling for a US based company (where Customer Service is everything) to allow these standards to prevail. Their support times are regular office hours - hey, I work too, so that's really helpful. No evenings or weekend contact either. So now I have an unusable Fenix 3 and no apparent means of getting it repaired either. Nice one. I'll certainly think twice about purchasing Garmin in future.

I have greatly benifited from using Envato element. I have hardly any complaints. I also like the one license per asset per project system. The support team is helpful. I also think that, the best service is the one that helps you when something accidenrally goes wrong. I only got a copyright claim once. And I disputed it with the license following the VERY detailed guide on the Envato element's help page,and contacted the Envato team. And it was easily resolved. Would recommend. 😊
