Issue was resolved (after a lot of waiting)... I couldn't log in to my Wordpress dashboard because of some issue with the cache, which took a long time to resolve but was eventually resolved so 5 stars!

Asus vivobook laptop, dreadful service

Asus vivobook laptop. Bought through Argos in UK. Standard 12 month warranty. Laptop used in house 95% of time, rarely travelled with it. 14 months after purchase; just stops working. Won't power on, won't charge.Called Argos who gave me Asus support number. Absolutely no interest at all in discussing what should really be at least a meet me half way situation. Just "It's out of warranty, we'll charge for any work.we do".Haven't given up with Argos yet, they may meet me half way, we shall see but Asus are appalling at customer service.

Vrbo didn't refund me for hurricane Helen after they issued a letter stating they would refund the victims of cancellations due to the hurricane. They lied in print! Never again will I use their service.

Disappointment from beginning to end

As a paying customer, this product have been a huge disappointment from beginning to end. Sure the product itself almost does what it promises but it will take almost a week for support to reply to your concerns/questions. My final experience was an issue with with payment and customer service refused to refund, referring to their strict T&C's. Don't every pay for this product! It's a trap!

Billing Nightmare

Like other reviewers I had issues with Billing. My recommendation is to stay clear of this company if only for billing purposes. We haven't used Salesforce in a few years. The person who got it is long gone (but email for contact purposes is still good) and the credit card used to pay has been discontinued. They did not reach out at all to say their attempt to invoice us failed. When we didn't pay (because we didn't know and the credit card is not active) they sent it to collections. We were told our account would stay inactive which would be good because we don't want the service or to be charged for it again. Our company can absorb the cost, but I'm sure there are a lot of smaller companies that this would be hard for. I'm pretty upset to that it was sent to collections with no follow-up before that from Salesforce. Don't risk getting charged for something, find another company.

What a terrible platform

What a terrible platform. No customer support whatsoever, no number to call, no agents to chat to, just a bot that keeps sending the same message. I've been trying to reach anyone all day and all I get is 'agents are not available at the moment' message from the bot. They charge an enormous fee and yet don't care about their customers

Such a huge company, massive advertisting, yet their customer services is some of the worst I've ever experienced.I'll try to condense this.Called customer services as my mattress which is less than 6 months old has started to dip. Apologetic, sent me an email with a case number to attach photos.Email 1 - I sent photos. Only to be told I didn't put personal info on the email (though she has taken at call)Email 2 - told I didn't label the photos to give descriptions of where taken from (wasn't told this)Email 3 - told this case number doesn't exist anymore, given new case number Email 4 - told not to reply to that email and do a fresh email with case number on top (as too lazy to read the email???)Email 5 - WAS RETURNED AS NO LONGER ACCEPTING DIRECT EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!So I'm left with a faulty mattress, no way to directly take it back to a store. Uncomfortable sleep everynight and to go through the whole process again.Shocking. I think my credit card company needs a call.1.4 stars on Trustpilot..it's like they don't care as we they have enough business selling £20 duvets.....

Do not order from IKEA if you value customer service

Very poor customer service. An item from a PAX wardrobe we ordered was damaged on arrival (glass door). Customer services (after being on hold for nearly an hour) promised and booked a replacement. On the day, nothing came and logged in to see the replacement had been cancelled with no communication. Online web chat (another hour wait) confirmed none in stock and no idea when they would be back. Painful communication, like speaking to a Robot and clearly pasting answers from other chats in the reply. Really poor all round. Steer clear of these guys. order number 1491032005

Hulu is fine so long as you don’t use…

Hulu is fine so long as you don’t use an Amazon fire stick. If you do use a Fire stick, DO NOT PAY FOR HULU. Hulu freezes constantly when using a Fire stick. I spent hours and hours multiple times with customer service trying to find out why my Hulu kept freezing. No luck. At he peak of frustration I finally got a service rep who asked “Do you use a Fire stick?” When I said yes, he said “Hulu has a known problem with Fire stick. It’s not going to change no matter what if you are using the Fire stick.”I just wish other customer service reps at Hulu knew this!

disabled account

I would like an explanation as to why they permanently disabled my facebook account. I did absolutely nothing wrong and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I rely on facebook and messenger account to stay in contact with family members and friends to let them know of my health conditions. Closing my account has caused severe actions that could result in repercussions. I would appreciate my account being reinstated ASAP or else I will have no alternative as to report Facebook for their negligence in this matter.

Unlikely work with it again

I participated my first contest at this site, and got a ban! The company wrote to me kindly: 'too many of your entries do not execute basic design principles such as typography, visual hierarchy, composition and color... As a result, we will put your account on hold after 30 days '. I visited the page they linked to, but still curious: what exactly they didn't like? Such mysterious. And the main question: how well they do with a math? 'Too many', after I participated in the one contest? Hem...I also liked this part: 'We recognize that design is subjective, but...' Oh, guys, that's not just subjective. This is very subjective. And it's fine. So why don't you just allow clients who lunched a contest to choose the winner instead of trying to judge by yourself? That's what clients there for – to review and to choose, right?.. That was my first contest, hello! Just imagine, how great we all would be walking, if parent in childhood were talking smth like: 'Your first steps are so bad. Ban for six months for walking!'But don't conclude too quickly. They were nice enough to let me get back... one day: 'This is not a permanent hold and we encourage you to continue building your skills. We will host our an open application period for account reactivation once a year'. Oh, thank you very much. I'll be definitely waiting for this great chance which I can get once a year. Yeah. Actually, I will not. Do they seriously think that if I build my skills to an advanced level I'll be making design on a platform where I'm not guaranteed to be paid for a spent time and where I can be banned, if support consider my design not good enough? I'll pass. So, I evaluate the platform as not the beginner friendly. Thanks god I' self-confident enough to go through this, but just imagine how such experience can shake people who are not that self-confident. But the platform has the blog where are some articles which I found useful. The second star is for it.

The Rover company did not back up

The Rover company did not back up. It’s pet sitter when the sitter was late and had to cancel the rest of the time covering my trip. They did not find a substitute pet sitter for me, although they said they would. I was several states away from my cats and my diabetic cat needed insulin twice a day at particular times. I was desperate and indicated as such when I phoned Rover. They did not help me.

BEWARE OF YOUR DATA

Absolute scammers. They take your data and have an extremely unoptimized platform. Their (modified?) models also, in my opinion, seem to have an extremely poor memory compared to their original. Don't recommend until they stop being shady and scummy!
