Such a huge company, massive advertisting, yet their customer services is some of the worst I've ever experienced.I'll try to condense this.Called customer services as my mattress which is less than 6 months old has started to dip. Apologetic, sent me an email with a case number to attach photos.Email 1 - I sent photos. Only to be told I didn't put personal info on the email (though she has taken at call)Email 2 - told I didn't label the photos to give descriptions of where taken from (wasn't told this)Email 3 - told this case number doesn't exist anymore, given new case number Email 4 - told not to reply to that email and do a fresh email with case number on top (as too lazy to read the email???)Email 5 - WAS RETURNED AS NO LONGER ACCEPTING DIRECT EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!So I'm left with a faulty mattress, no way to directly take it back to a store. Uncomfortable sleep everynight and to go through the whole process again.Shocking. I think my credit card company needs a call.1.4 stars on Trustpilot..it's like they don't care as we they have enough business selling £20 duvets.....
