Victoria restored my faith with GoDaddy. As in all businesses transformation causes a tumultuous period, which can appear to be insolvent, yet the quality of the employees (CSRs) are the best in the world and worth the trouble of the technical revolution that GoDaddy has faced. Today I experienced the technical prowess of GoDaddy, and so my advice is to forgive any adversity, as GoDaddy is resolute in improving their service. I therefore would not hesitate to do business with them. In closing I have been a customer for over fifteen years and sm not affiliated with GoDaddy other than the website I hold.

Avoid this company. the only thing they are good at is taking your money. If you need to contact them afterwards when you haven't received paid for tickets then you can't, there are so many barriers on their website that you spend hours going round and round in circles. One of their links to 'find your tickets' suggests you reply to the ticket confirmation email but this is a 'No Reply' email address - this is typical of the way they avoid being contacted.

Came here just to ease my mind to write how horrible EA app works. What the fxck. So many disappointed users and no one gives a shxt? How dare you to to waste our time, hopes and money like this? Read about many people having problem with their games since EA forced everyone to switch to EA app. I would even like to spend my money on games but where is my guarantee it will work when app offered me to reinstall, repair, clear cache,etc and nothing worked and I kept doing all this shxt on repeat for four days trying to figure out why my game won't start. Well I have no more intension playing. Thank you for NOTHING and shame on you. I hope you will come with some solution as a big game player.

I have really liked chess.com and I have made friends here and have really , got better at chess.But , I have seen problems when I am reloading sites and nowadays, young players and new people play very less games and instead keep spamming about 'join this club' in all the forums.Once I joined a club,a person had invited me and I'm seeing that people are literally inviting people to get a promotion.Please find a way to stop this and make a rule like a person can join a certain number of clubs and if they want to join more clubs then they should buy a membership or so something like that

I was away in Alaska and I stopped receiving emails or being able to send them. I did receive before I left a bill. My credit card was compromised and I needed to give them my new credit card number. I received a confirmation that my $100 had been received. I photo shot the receipt. I called AT&T support while in Alaska to fix the email problem. I was on the phone for an hour and a half to no avail. I could not understand the gentleman on the line. Was told they were upgrading and I would have it restored in two days. Two days came and gone. I get home from my vacation. I get a text my service is being suspended due to lack of payment and I owed $213. I paid $100Of an $80 bill in May, now we are in the first week of June. I call support. I gave them my four digest code, said It didn’t work. I know it’s correct. Having difficulty understanding the person. After well over an hour I was told I needed to go to the store. I immediately went to the store in Raynham MA. I met with the store manager Tyler Coward. He immediately assisted me. TookThe time to solve my dilemma. Found out they sent my first payment to the wrong account. My code was correct. Paid the correct amount, will be receiving a refund and am getting my emails. Tyler was awesome. Professional, helpful, understanding and solved my problem. I am grateful for him.

Placed an order and got the wrong item. Adidas will only send the correct item when what they sent is returned, despite it taking me a 40 minute round trip to the nearest drop off point. They offered a 30% off voucher my my trouble, but you can’t use it on anything worth buying. What a joke

I started purchasing in Japan in February 2025. Beside not being able to fix delivery time like most of Japanese online stores, I did not have problems. Then I decided to up-grade to PRIME: disaster! Products which I have ordered with precise address were shipped with incomplete address and never arrived. I immediately cancelled the orders by chat and received cancellation confirmation. Nevertheless, I kept receiving every day for 4 days, delivery notifications. In short, at Amazon Japan, THE RIGHT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING. I had to cancel also directly online (where the order was still active 😱) I was really amazed about how terrible is the organization of a company that, to my eyes, organization was the most important selling point. I immediately cancelled PRIME and all my info at AMAZON JAPAN.

We had a problem with cockroaches in the room. I filed a complaint with Agoda service and the staff could not help me with a refund. Agoda support staff could not get through to the hotel and just closed the refund dispute. They also suggested to settle the problems with the hotel on my own, although I booked the room through the service. After I wanted to leave a negative review about the work of the hotel, it was removed.

When Target did their recent upgrade in March, they failed to tell consumers you need 2 logins - one for payment Red Card and one for circle debit card. I gave 3 stars ONLY because someone explained that to me today. The previous call the CSR stated Target didn’t have my email….. hmmm same email for over 20 years …. Also the automated payment system took 6 minutes for one payment. Target you are too big a company for that antiquated, bootleg payment system. One more payment and my balance is $ 0. Their interest rate is loansharky bye 🎯

I had Premium for like 3 yers, and today, as some things had changed, i had to swap my family plan for Duo (other person is the manager). And i can't do it for whole 12 months!! This is outrageous... If You don't want to keep premium users, just say so lol.
