Review of hotels
Awful experience with Hotels.com. I was unable to contact a hotel on their site to arrange late check-in, after trying multiple avenues (through hotels.com, email, phone, instagram). I contacted hotels.com about this issue, they were unable to help, did not contact the hotel for us and told us we could just cancel our booking on their site. Now we're stuck needing to find a hotel at a time when prices have gone much higher. Very poor customer service.

Frustrated that i cannot install / run my games on 98/XP, i know they are not supported by microsoft but you should still give us the option to run it on the hardware it was designed for.. just put a disclaimer (use at your own risk or whatever, say you dont support it, other than it will install and run. ) let the forums help with issues. I am considering dropping GOG and i been purchasing the games on CD/DVD from ebay, once all library has been purchased, i can stop purchasing from GOG. its worth $5 more dollars to me to buy the game on actual media to play it on on actual systems that i have built for that purpose.

Using Uber eats was very easy by picking where I wanted to order from and how much I wanted. The order arrived with estimated time. I really appreciated it. I had so much going in that I didn't have the time to shop, so this was perfect. I was also able to customize the tip. It was 100 degrees outside and the Uber person had several trips to make. I could also add on to my order if needed. The app communicated everything to me as the person was shopping, leaving, should arrive soon, etc.. I'll definitely order again. Thank you!
Review of macys
We have had a horrible experience with Macy's. My Son did not have his card on him, so the associate looked him up with his SS#,my Son has his own account,and is also authorized to use my account, the associate then OPENED an account under my HUSBAND'S name, but with my Son's SS#. We've called NUMEROUS times to clear up. We are not disputing the charges made,and are trying to do the right thing. We asked that the account be terminated after payment of the bill.
