Asus vivobook laptop. Bought through Argos in UK. Standard 12 month warranty. Laptop used in house 95% of time, rarely travelled with it. 14 months after purchase; just stops working. Won't power on, won't charge.Called Argos who gave me Asus support number. Absolutely no interest at all in discussing what should really be at least a meet me half way situation. Just "It's out of warranty, we'll charge for any work.we do".Haven't given up with Argos yet, they may meet me half way, we shall see but Asus are appalling at customer service.
