Awful service and don’t get me started on Amazon Global Store. Purchased something from Amazon Global from US and changed my mind directly afterwards so cancelled order. THEY STILL SENT IT ANYWAY! and had to PAY £318.00 to send back!!!! Amazon U.K. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP with regards to returning item. NEVER AGAIN!! I would rather pay more from other sites and get the service and consumer rights

They bake in always-on DRM into their products, but fail to ensure that the activation servers are stable. The result is that frequently, several times a week, their games can't be started. It clears up eventually, minutes, or hours later. I don't have a lot of time to game, and I pick single-player games for a reason. Making me fight the DRM about half the time I try to start the game, is rage-inducing.To add insult to injury, when the activation servers act up, it tends to reset my login and then I have to login again, adding even more friction.I'm tempted to test whether they can be forced to refund the entire cost of their products, since they are obviously not able to deliver on their claims.

The answer was not only thorough, but had plenty of references of resources to look into further if I needed it, and was very clear, concise, and well-thought out. I have to say I have only had really good experiences with hotels.com customer service. One time I had to cancel a hotel and missed the cut off time for free cancellation by just a few hours and they still honored it. Another time I needed to shorten the stay by one night but for some reason the app wanted me to cancel and re-book (at a higher price). It wasn't the most ideal solution - get charged for the extra night but then receive a refund later - but it was still a solution nonetheless and they were really quick to find it. I've also found their customer service reps very friendly, I'm really quite happy with them

It should be illegal for a company as wealthy as Google to treat their customers so poorly. The phone service works great, but if anything ever goes wrong or you need to speak with someone about your account, the customer service is ABYSMAL. I ordered a second sim card. I called when it didn't arrive after 2 weeks. Long wait time and the agent was totally confused, but said he was sending out another sim, which never arrived either. I had planned to transfer over a second TMobile line to Fi but took this as a sign that I should not. It's sad that I will soon leave because Fi phone service is superior to TMobile. But I can't be totally dependent on this unreliable company. Google you should be ashamed.

eBay fees make it extremely difficult to run a profitable business. Also, the way in which all of their fees are calculated is confusing and difficult to truly understand the fees you are going to be paying when a product is sold. Which is a shame as in our first month on eBay we did over £20,000 in sales, the product clearly works but they are way to greedy on their fees. My average % of revenue sold related to fees was over 20%, on top of that add 20% VAT.. Unless you are selling at 60%+ margin product eBay is probably not the best platform to use.

Doesn’t even rate one star. I can’t even go on the crocs site to review the product or the customer service experience. I have been a Crocs user since 2010 and really like the product. Unfortunately, ordering product now is a pain. I received the wrong product size and it took 6 weeks. I then paid $47 in shipping fees to receive and return the wrong product. I have ordered from Amazon and will receive in 2 days. Will never order on the Crocs site again. Amazon is the only way and if you are a Prime member..no shipping charges.

But they wouldn't take a return because the factory didn't put a inner tag which was a product self problem in factory and the customer service is a joke here in Beverly center or cooperate customer service. This is not an American way of trust shopping. I didn't get money back, never called me back from customer service. I'm so tired of calling them again.

Truly terrible experience.We've been using them for around 2 years without issue. The deliverability has taken a serious fall on their shared IP service, mainly as they are constantly black listed. This means we need to go from $20 per month to $102 to get a dedicated IP.I tried contacting sales who gave me conflicting info, one saying we could have a dedicated IP on a bespoke plan, the other denying this.We will now look into MailGun which would cost us $35 PM instead.

Bought a set of astro A50s thinking Hey! $300+ should be an amazing sound experience! It was everything but amazing I have better sound quality from a cheap $40 headset and they only lasted 11 days before the headset stopped updating and would not charge. Cool so dealing with logitech to get them fixed. Thats an experience all to its own! They diagnosed and found headset to be faulty since it failed to update to newest firmware. Then laughed and said it wasnt their problem. So how can you take your consumers money and then not look after your consumer? Thats not how you build a lasting relationship of loyalty thats how you rob people until you are forced to shut your doors.

I received a prompt response to my support request. Initial assessment required level two support, which also promptly replied to my request. Further analysis showed that what I thought was a problem was in fact by design. This was not brushed away, but was analyzed. I was clearly explained and felt listened to and understood. I was shown genuine interest and was assured that my specific need would be forwarded to the design team for consideration in an eventual feature enhancement. I believe that to be extraordinary support. I am a satisfied Elementor customer.

Absolutely the worst laptop I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately, bought online and didn't check the quality. Laptop falling apart, hinges coming out after 6 months of use?? Feels it's made of paper. Constant issues with a sound system. Speaker at the bottom of the device? Please, save yourself money by buying something different and decent. Stay away from Dell.
