It should be illegal for a company as wealthy as Google to treat their customers so poorly. The phone service works great, but if anything ever goes wrong or you need to speak with someone about your account, the customer service is ABYSMAL. I ordered a second sim card. I called when it didn't arrive after 2 weeks. Long wait time and the agent was totally confused, but said he was sending out another sim, which never arrived either. I had planned to transfer over a second TMobile line to Fi but took this as a sign that I should not. It's sad that I will soon leave because Fi phone service is superior to TMobile. But I can't be totally dependent on this unreliable company. Google you should be ashamed.
