I wanted to return the merchant has tag and the receipt. But they wouldn't take a return because the factory didn't put a inner tag which was a product self problem in factory and the customer service is a joke here in Beverly center or cooperate customer service. This is not an American way of trust shopping. I didn't get money back, never called me back from customer service. I'm so tired of calling them again.
