I received a prompt response to my support request. Initial assessment required level two support, which also promptly replied to my request. Further analysis showed that what I thought was a problem was in fact by design. This was not brushed away, but was analyzed. I was clearly explained and felt listened to and understood. I was shown genuine interest and was assured that my specific need would be forwarded to the design team for consideration in an eventual feature enhancement.
