Facebook Marketplace..Recently started promoting reviews from people who don't even buy your item but have contacted you... My ratings are starting to plummet. Great idea morons. Interesting that I had to come here to post a review about Facebook because they have made it impossible for people to post a review about them 😺🐶

I have only the highest respect and appreciation for Abebooks. I've done business with them for over 20 years and any book I've bought is sold in the same condition as described on their website by it's many honest, conscientious, and dedicated sellers the world over. Their iron-clad money-back policy of customer satisfaction with every purchase is second to none in the used books industry. I whole-heartedly recommend Abebooks if you're a used book collector and a bookworm like me!

Review of asus
There is literally no customer support. I bought an ASUS router and wanted to set it up. It crashed during the setup and the website didn't load anymore. I tried manual firmware restoration but that didn't work either. Now there is no wired and no wireless internet at all.Called customer support to ask if i did the steps correctly, what other options do i have, how to make sure the router is reset etc. and without any advice he told me to "just return it to the store". Didn't even TRY to help. I was told before the call that there is going to be a survey after the call to rate the customer support agent but he simply refused to put down the phone so that the survey would never trigger. Joke company, joke support, NEVER buy anything from Asus.

IKEA Houston is Terrible. Not the experience I've had with other IKEA locations. I made a sizable order on their website. Received a text from IKEA that one item was not on the sales floor but would be shipped from the distribution center and be available for pickup the next day. Never heard anything back. I called the 888 number and couldn't get a straight answer then was hung up on. Called back. The new person proceeds to tell me she can't give me an update and there's nothing she can do about it. I now don't have my items and don't even know when they're going to be available for pickup. The store is 1-1/2 hours from my house. So I can't just skip up there. I asked if there was someone I could talk to higher up, and the rep said "I could try but it won't do any good. Call back in 4 or 5 hours"Shameful and disappointing.

I have 99 problems but a design ain't one anymore thanks to 99designs! Seriously I spent hours working with different colleagues, friends, strangers and my biggest problem was limited design options most of the time. With 99 Design you get access to a large pool of talented creatives, that are punctual, skilled and obviously eager to win the prize, so they do their best to win the title.

Uber is great as long as you don't have any issues. Good luck if you do and need to contact customer service - I lost my phone with the App which serves as 2FA recently and it's been an incredibly frustrating experience trying to get that back despite having access to both the email and the phone number that are registered with the account and offering any kind of identity verification Uber would like. If you don't have access to your account, there's no phone number, email or chat, only a form where you get generic scripted responses from bots that are unrelated to the question. There's no way to continue the thread without account access, and each new attempt starts over from scratch with another generic, irrelevant response - all 4 of which have been unrelated to the topic of how to recover acount access and offer useful information such as "The phone number you wish to use is already on the account" "Please follow the following steps in the App to turn on 2 factor authentication".When I painstakingly copied the previous responses and uploaded it with a 4th contact attempt to get a human responding, I received the message "We have noticed that this concern was addressed on Jun 05, 2025 on a different thread. Since this has been resolved but raised multiple times, we’ve closed this thread to avoid any confusion. Thank you."Guess this is goodbye, and I'll have to find an alternative.

Although their Customer Care support line can be slow, as they warn in their initlal replies (possibly understaffed?), with patience and polite persistence they can come through in the end.Initially I was unable to change my account on renewal via the website and sought help via the Customer Care support line. Melissa responded helpfully to my detailed inquiries. Unfortunately, my last message about changing the renewal didn't get through and I was renewed at a higher price. Eventually, Melissa came back to me about a week later and after my explaining the situation, with copies of the interim emails, she was able to make the necessary changes and reimbursed my account, within minutes.

It's for me a torture, it's complicated. When I open my inbox, sent emails are also there sometimes! I delete many emails but they are still in my inbox!!! Years back and before changing to "Outlook" it was so easy, clear and simple to use. What is strange, that with another mobile it's different. "Search" option gives nothing and not because I don't know how to write what I am looking for. There aren't enough options in setting to make using Outlook easier. IN SIMPLE WORDS: I HATE IT AND WILLING TO END USING IT SLOWLY WITH TIME.
