Xiaomi makes unworking smartphones

I had two xiaomi phones and I had a terrible experience with both of them:It's impossible to tranfer files from phone to pc. There are many bugs in this procedures and the phone gets stuck while transfering.There are hundreds of bugs in the regular use of the phone, in the interface and in the software/hardware: the notification bar is badly designed, the wifi does not connect (despite being in front of the router) and things like this.Every system app is bugged in some hindering way, from the text editor of notes to the camera.It is impossible to see my notes online, something that all phone brands seem to try to deny you.There are other more serious bugs for which the screen goes black and the launcher keeps rebooting indefinitely, effectively blocking the phone. In this situation, it is hard even to reboot the phone.Sometimes, the phones produce noises even when their screen have been shut down for a long time, proving that the application is in fact still active. This makes me very concerned about my privacy.Lastly, it's incredibly hard to file a bug report and send it, as almost always this results in a non better specified error.I am never buying Xiaomi again. If I could, I'd give no stars at all.

I have been locked out of my account for two days now, every time I called I receive some excuse as to why my case keeps being put on queue. They work backwards and are paying people to create a case instead of engineers that can help customers.

Hilton Honours Errors

After being enticed to join at an airport Hilton in London and told I would receive points, and then told by Honours that stay didn't count, I have now had another failure by HH - to add thousands of points to a long stay. You have to keep your eye on the points if you care about such things, and as I did not receive special treatment for having the card I have now signed up to all other hotel programmes and only chose Hilton when absolutely necessary; or convenient location-wise over competitors. The app is pretty useless - was going to charge me more than using the Hilton website for a booking of 5 days. Hilton Honours really needs a management and IT makeover. A pretty app with wrong or incomplete information and different prices is useless.

Been staying in Hilton's all over the United States for over a decade. Only once did I question the cleanliness of a room and I was immediately moved to another room and upon my inspection found it to be much cleaner. I've only had above and beyond outstanding service at every location I've stayed in. My favorite location is in Chicago, my second favorite is in Virginia Beach. I love being part of the rewards program, the point system is so easy to use and when I've had questions all staff were more than helpful in finding answers and helping me with any accomodations. They have awesome promotional packages and time share deals. The price matching is truly next level. Everytime I stay in a Hilton location or affiliated hilton location I've learned about new benefits and deals. I've only ever encountered positive and helpful staff, even on the phone, even during holidays, even during peak hours. Their app is easy to use and their websites are even easier. They can do just as much, if not more on their customer service line by phone. I like the company, I like the idea behind having a consistently nice stay no matter where I am going. There are definitely nice hotels of less prestigious names, and for sure much nicer and elite hotel chains around, however being a frequent traveler my personal choice is Hilton. For price, service and accomodations I enjoy my stays very much.

Teach Language and leave woke politics out

I like the app as a tool to learn the language, but I tremendously dislike the political context and progressive posturing. It turns off at least a good number of people. They should stick to teaching the languages in their pure original form and leave the woke dog doo doo out of it.

Absolutely useless. This company is a scam. I have not had the 100% satisfaction or the 24/7 excellent customer service. Since I unfortunately ordered from this alleged company, I have not received my order nor have I received a response to my emails. Don't get taken in by this scam

Terrible shipping policy

I purchased luggage for my son online and they reversed the shippers address and the billing address so the luggage I ordered for my son in Florida was ordered by me in Ohio. So when I got a text from UPS updating me on my shipment to be deliver 1 week from my UPS notification, I noticed that the shipping address was wrong so I called Macy’s to correct it. Although UPS said the shipment could easily be redirected to my son, instead of me, Macy’s said they cannot change the shipping address and I have to wait to receive the luggage at my address in Ohio, rather than in Florida. So they then said they can’t cancel the order until I received the luggage, and then I can cancel it and return it at my own expense! So I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I’m not sure if the luggage is still coming to me or not. Next time, I’ll just order with Amazon, where it’s seamless and painless. NEVER buy from Macy’s again!

current owners steadily kill this service

current evernote owners steadily showcase higher and higher "achievements" in killing this [once leading] service. - VERY slow;- dumbest unconfigurable UI, eating tons of screen space for nothing, showing only fraction of the info;- sudden changes all the time, breaking established workflows and forcing you to rethink and adapt them again and again;- very limited support and/or interaction with customers; there are mostly bots and news in the commanding tone [UPDATED from "zero support" and 1 star, cause they're slowly starting to communicate with clients - but only in emergency cases];- price increase for nearly order of magnitude - for what?? to tell that customer is nothing but a grain of cashflow, having NO rights or benefits.it really takes time to migrate thousands of notes, stored for years, so STAY AWAY from this ugly circus if you're lucky not dealing with them yet.

I'm very satisfied with all the services they provide. I run all my domains on Cloudflare for years and never had issues. The 4 starts is only for the old user interface, example on R2 service there are some minor frontend issues. But overall all protection, rate limit handling is flawlessly run by them.
