Stolen Money/Suspended Account

I have no idea what to do so I guess I'm posting here.Last year (2020) around March I purchased a game bundle of Sims 4 (1 EP, 1 GP, 1 SP) to add to my base game. After buying the game my husband was unsure of the charge and flagged it on our card. I noticed when my account got banned and my games disappeared. I checked my bank and when I realized what happened I immediately called my bank to allow the charge and then went on EA help to fix the issue. I included copies of my bank statement showing the initial charge and cancellation, then the most recent, updated charge that went through to prove that EA had indeed received the money for the games.After emailing back and forth with a rep, they unlocked my suspended account and "closed the case", but did not put my games back onto my account so I could not play them. I reached back out and was told they could not give me my games back and told me to make sure I didn't purchase them through a third party. When I explained that I bought the games directly through them they ceased all communication with me and "closed" the second case.Since then I have tried to open multiple cases, including screen shots that prove they received the money and that it went directly to them, not a third-party. I have been repeatedly ignored, even when asking for a customer service phone number to talk directly to someone to fix the issue. Trying to log-in today I find that my account is again suspended/banned and the website won't even let me "open a case" to talk to someone.Anyone know how I can solve this or speak to someone to figure this out? I am so fed up with EA and them stealing my games/money. I will never spend money with EA again!

From A to Z I can only recommend…

From A to Z I can only recommend canva.com. The program is really unbelievable, perfect, stunning, even after over 1000 designs it keeps surprising me! But this goes for costumer service as well. Due to having multiple accounts something went wrong and I contacted them. They responded immediately and I think I emailed with 4 people from their helpdesk and they solved it. They didn't leave it linger or anything. Max number of stars absolutely!

Misleading multiple accounts within an account

I just checked my canva account and couldn't see where I had any subscription (as my credit card was still being billed after cancelling by subscription - or so I thought) and then realized somehow within the account you can have multiple accounts. So I thought I'd cancelled a subscription I started and turns out there's like a sub account that I had signed up to a subscription for, so when I clicked cancel before, I just canceled air or something... just annoying. HATE subscription services... I swear all these companies make them so convoluted so that no one knows how many subscriptions they've got and and where to cancel 🙄

I jave been having issues with att since i git there services set up. I got feet up with them. So I canceled the internet services on May and I was still charged for June so. The costumer services person said that I was not going to get billed. And now igot biled for a service I am not receiving. The equipment has been returned Because theyneill charge again. As soon as I canceled Att I re connected my services back to cox cable as they are better providers than Att. So I dont recommend ATT for any one. Cox cable always has better rates and better services. With Cox you pay for the services you receive!

Shoddy service..the delivery cant read

Amazon can't seem to get it right..maybe the personal service gone kaput.Ordered 3 items..the delivery times were all different coming from different companies, that's ok.gave approx 4 day delivery.Not one delivery gave a day or estimated time..just arrived at the door..not expected..potluck I was in.Latest purchase..I asked for delivery to be left by shed when asked if I want a specific place..left by front door exposed to theft due to..why!!! I,m away for a week..try getting through to complain..err..near impossible.

Adobe acrobat is is slow and hangs. Forget using this to view pdfs. And if it cannot be used to view pdfs, there is absolutely no use for this program anymore.Being a 50 something year old, I have used adobe acrobat to view pdfs all my life and feel betrayed and very sad that adobe acrobat will no longer be part of my life. This my breakup message to adobe. Bye, I wish you all the best.

Dishonest company — ruined people's lives

Fujitsu developed a poor system called Horizon that was so full of bugs it made it look as though sub-postmasters had taken money from the Post Office. This was totally wrong, and they knew it. It is obscene the way this devious company allowed their mistakes to be blamed on innocent people who were fined, sent to prison and given criminal records; some even committed suicide. If you even consider using this company, you should watch the BBC Panorama TV program "The Post Office Scandal" from 2022, and the ITV series Mr Bates vs The Post Office 2024, and the ITV documentary Mr Bates vs the Post Office: The Real Story. They covered up the errors that they knew about. They put money above people's lives and livelihoods. Outrageous. There should be an investigation into the management of this company.

I'll never buy from BestBuy again

I'll never buy from BestBuy again. Doesn't matter what the product is (in this case, a TV). I will find and buy it somewhere else.Any other TV I will buy from Costco. Horrible experience with this corporation.Purchased a Sony XR75X90L TV on April 17th 2024 from Edmonton South Common with what was supposed to be full coverage 4 year warranty... turns out I didn't get that.What a surprise... BestBuy once again comes in strong with their ability to be useless and not live up to their word... just like everything else I've ever bought from this place.Could have bought this exact same TV from Costco and had full coverage 2 year warranty through the store, which they told me in store they would match the price of... well, they didn't.I ended up paying over $700 more total for the TV, and don't have the full coverage like they said I had.To top it off, they didn't even have the TV in the store... so I had to go to their shipping warehouse (which was a nightmare to find) to pick the TV up before 4pm with the original purchase receipt.So not only did I get screwed over on the price of the TV and warranty, I also found out that they knocked off the replacement value of the TV... so if anything did happen to it, I would still end up paying at minimum $400+ out of pocket to have it fixed, or replaced.If there was a 0 star option with the ability to report BestBuy to the BBB for not living up to what they say... I would.One last thing... the TV itself is amazing. If you've ever bought a Sony, you already know it's definitely one of the best, and definitely the best I've ever seen and used.Just make sure you buy it from Costco as they will back up what they say with full protection warranty.

Triple A sucks

Triple A sucks. I made a call for a tow within 100 hundred miles because I pay for premium service and was told after 3 hours of waiting no tow truck was coming to pickup my Mercedes because no one wanted to drive the 45 mins , long tow service i needed. What am I paying you for then? On top of that its freezing cold outside and i have an infant with me. Single mom, no help, pays Triple A faithfully, & can't get home. Literally forced to sleep in my car with only 1 bottle available for my infant. This can't be real.

My car was recently stolen with my purse inside. For my other accounts it was easy to report them stolen and the unauthorized charges that occurred and i was immediately reimbursed. Not with Venmo! I have gotten a month long run around where most of customer service was a bunch of repetitive links. They decided to deny my claim and state that I made those purchases myself ... which means that somehow I retrieved the Venmo card from my stolen purse and went on a spending spree
