My car was recently stolen with my purse inside. For my other accounts it was easy to report them stolen and the unauthorized charges that occurred and i was immediately reimbursed. Not with Venmo! I have gotten a month long run around where most of customer service was a bunch of repetitive links. They decided to deny my claim and state that I made those purchases myself ... which means that somehow I retrieved the Venmo card from my stolen purse and went on a spending spree
