I’ve never left a review like this but after GoDaddy took nearly £400 from my account, it needs to be said. The charge shows as GoDaddy on my bank statement, but when I contacted support, they passed the blame to 123 Reg who then told me they can’t help either. I was caught in a customer service black hole, each company pointing fingers at the other while my money sits somewhere in limbo.After 30 minutes on hold, I finally got transferred only to hit a voicemail system asking me to "press pound" to leave a message. Newsflash: There is no pound button on UK phones.No call back. No resolution. Just a Kafkaesque maze of brands, support desks, and empty apologies while they hold hundreds of pounds.If you value your time, your money, or your sanity stay far away from GoDaddy and anyone hiding behind them. This was deliberate obfuscation, not a technical hiccup.Absolutely disgraceful.UPDATE 25TH JUNEFollowing my previous review, GoDaddy contacted me by phone—but despite that call, nothing has been resolved. I have yet to receive any written response or follow-up via email.For the sake of transparency and accountability, I now request that any further communication or resolution be sent in writing to my email address within the next 7 days.If I do not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, I will begin proceedings through Small Claims Court to seek resolution. I am fully prepared to submit all correspondence and evidence in support of my claim.This matter has gone on long enough.

Unfortunatley , it was my second bad experiance this year with Emirates. when I enquariey about the possibility of an earlier flight , I was given incorrect informations. Also didnt offer any vochers or hotel for more than 12 hours layover.
Review of booking
I’d give 0 stars if I could. I had a problem with the accommodation I booked, despite the great reviews it had on booking (the zone as well as the room was dangerous for a single-traveller). I reached out to the client service, which was almost impossible. They did not even take my issue in consideration and showed no understanding or initiative to do something. Felling unsafe while travelling is the last thing one should experience.As a receptionist, I have also experienced the cyber-security issues booking has. I don’t reccomend anyone to use this site. At least I will NEVER EVER AGAIN USE THIS SITE TO BOOK MY HOLIDAYS!

Aweful. Do not use Kickstarter, there is no protection against scam companies taking your money. In fact, Kickstarter protect their creators and give zero protection for any money you give. Buy the product on amazon or ebay. You will find almost every legitimate product there, and likely before the backers get their product. Any actual successful project normally gets recreated and enhanced by another company to be cheaper better or same, but without the relatively high risk of scam companies

El Corte Inglés is usually a reliable place to shop, but I am very disappointed with my experience in the shoe department. I recently bought a lovely pair of sandals. I wore them for one afternoon, and I suffered some painful cuts due to the leather straps... I returned the sandals slightly worn and they refused to even give me a return for a store credit. I am used to stores that accept returns, no questions asked, and I was stunned by their rude and curt denial to consider my return. I was stunned when the lady at the counter explained that shoes worn at all cannot be returned... I would not have returned comfortable sandals, and these were practically new, barely worn. So it goes... I will never be shopping for shoes there again.

Attempted to contact Customer Services after my Asus Chromebook went completely dead after less than six months. After going through a ridiculous amount of blurb including about whether I was a child or not and if I was, what would happen, yada, yada. A long list of options according to which product but ZERO mention of 'Chromebooks' or 'laptops', just 'notebooks'. Then after being on the telephone for ages NO ANSWER!! Now done with them!

I bought a painting ezel on Amazon recently. I wanted it delivered to Sydney as my grandaughter has her 4 birthday and is a little budding artist. Billing address is my address, in victoria and shipping address is little Ella's, in Sydney. As I arrive home today my heart stopped when I saw the massive parcel in front of MY door. I contacted Amazon. I was given 2 options; post the (very large ) parcel back to them and I get a refund or post the (very large) parcel to Sydney myself. I somehow miss WHY I have to carry the can🙄. I rarely buy from Amazon and I have to say I will not venture there again.

We had a night stand arrive that was clearly a return. It was damaged on all surfaces and was even taped together on the back with packing tape.We decided we would get a refund for this item as it was broke beyond repair and should have been sold as a used item at best.However Wayfair said that we needed to return the product for a refund even though we had already disposed of it.Wayfair expected us to disassemble the night stand, find a new box, and ship this back even though it was damaged on all sides.

I used to love this company and everything they stood for. Last year, they laid off the vast majority of their support staff and outsourced. Since then - there is virtually no technical or specialized support. Your issue will go unanswered indefinitely (2 weeks and counting) even if you follow up every day. Good luck to you if a documentation glitch on their end has caused your payments ($26,000+) to be on hold for weeks and you cannot pay your employees as result. It seems the best way to get your issue resolved is to contact your local news - not kidding. (search: global news shopify payments on hold).Worse, the leadership seems more preoccupied with their own political interests than the millions of customers that built this empire alongside them, using their platforms to promote misinformation and policy ideas that favour business interests over human interests. Disappointing.
