This is what happens if you decide to send in a Dell device for repair:1. If you don’t have warranty they will say $39 but will actually charge you twice to send your device to and back for a total of roughly $90 + repair cost + tax.2. They say the whole process is 12-15 days but expect it to take at least double that because of unexpected issues.3. Their customer support is outsourced to India so they will make a lot of mistakes because they read from a script and are not very good at English.4. They will not read your repair instructions. I explicitly gave them consent to erase data and a week and a half later an Indian tech support agent sends me a half-comprehensible email asking for my consent.5. They will say your computer is corrupted and reinstall your operating system for no reason. For example my repair technician needed to reinstall the operating system to replace the keyboard. Luckily I had nothing of value on the computer but you should keep backups if you do.If you are willing to pay a $40-$50 tip on a service that is less then half the advertised speed with a 1/4 fail rate then buy Dell repair. If not then I would recommend checking in with your local computer store.

Capital One is a Scam

Capital One sent me a credit card that I never applied for with a $500.00 limit. I decided to use it for my business and I would use it to buy pizza supplies for my pizzeria. At the end of the month I would pay it off. Sometimes I would use it and pay it off the next day. Today they sent me a fraud notice email and they told me to call them ASAP. I was pretty concerned so I called them right away. The fraud had nothing to do with any purchase but rather because I was paying off their credit card on time every month. Now they want me to prove that I was making the payment even though I have never missed a payment or a payment has never been returned. They actually said that someone else could be making a payment on my account? I said, please tell me who this person is that would be paying off my credit card every month? The bottom line is that capital one is upset that they aren’t able to charge me any interest because I pay the monthly balance off every month. Screw them!

Tossing receipt

I have only walked around Ulta before. I bought some vitamin c serum for my face today at the Jacksonville beach location. I did not want to sign up for the rewards program today because I don't have a use for the rewards at this time. However, I was told to hit print for the receipt and then she balled it up and tossed in the trash. Is the policy to do that if we do not have a reward with your company? People do use the receipts to keep track of transactions, hard to do that with employees not giving the receipts and just throwing them away. I will not be shopping with your company again. Found this practice very rude.

Offer assistance when asked. I went to the East Maitland NSW store to purchase a new phone. The guy at the counter was rude and unhelpful. I was told I needed to make an appointment but there was no available time slots. No problem. I asked for help choosing a phone and was told no I'm busy waiting for people to serve. There was no one in the shop. Very unprofessional.

Your account got restreined for no reason specified and if you want to file a complaint you can't because you have to access to your account which you can't because you re obliged to submit a gouvermental ID in order to verified which is personal informationby the way and a illegal action to do in your country .

Unexplained and Unreasonable Account Restrictions

I've had my account for a while now but just the other day I woke up to a notification telling me my account is permanently in read mode only and that there'll be limitations on what kind of access I'll have because apparently I've broken their rules. Which I have not. And I've appealed this decision more than once which they claim they made after carefully monitoring my account and concluding that I'd done what they think I've done even when there's zero evidence supporting this baseless claim. And you know what the funny thing is? After appealing this decision for the second time, I received a reply (like I did the first time) that they've reconsidered removing those restrictions but the issue persists. As I'm still unable to have full access to my account. And I don't know what to do or who I'm supposed to talk to resolve my issue.My coming here is a last resort anyway. Since their support doesn't seem very helpful. Assuming it's not auto generated.

Hateful company discriminating against British service users.

Umbrella Corporation, claiming to be Christian owned, but that directly discriminates against at least THREE MILLION poor, sick and disabled in the UK. With staff giving inappropriate, ILLEGAL, and RACIST advice instead of paying attention to Equality Act LAW. For years now, Google as known that MILLIONS of people in the UK do not have, cannot get, and not require photo ID. Instead of providing reasonable adjustment under protected characteristics, Google staff instead make unreasonable DEMANDS that we "cooperate" with a policy that directly breaks UK and EU LAWS. Rather than implement the most basic reasonable adjustment of having a member of staff contact us over Teams, so that they can see us in person, holding one of the other accepted documents, a MANAGER told me to commit FRAUD. Not just me, but also my Son. When I pointed out that what he was telling me to do is ILLEGAL in the UK, he insisted it's not, and just do it. What he told us to do has potential jail consequences, and Google would rather tell us to do that, instead of pay attention to the law themselves. When I refused to break the law, he then told me to "COOPERATE" and gain one of the THREE other forms of Photo ID they accept. One of which hasn't been legal ID in the UK since 2011, so would be out of date. How is this acceptable, but my out of date drivers licence, still accepted by all authorities in the UK, including my Government to VOTE, isn't good enough for Google who are quite willing for me to break the law? The other two forms of ID are for Immigrants applying for proof of residency in the UK. Since I'm an ethnic minority born in the UK, this is down right insulting. I don't need this ID, because I was born here! I cannot apply for it, so exactly how do they expect me to get it? This Manager claimed that the reason they need my photo is so viewers trust me? Me? Why me? I'm not the one running the adverts. Their own video clearly states they MAY require photo ID, not demand it. It also states "for a safe and reliable viewing experience". Groovy Tuesdays. So, Google suspends all my accounts, and you'd think since they consider me so untrustworthy that they've removed the adverts from my none-monetised YouTube account, right? NO! YouTube and Google are very happy to financially abuse me. I send Subhajit proof of this, he immediately shuts my case, and I get a Google survey asking me how great he was at resolving my issue! I have tried repeatedly to make a formal complaint, but no-one will let me. Thus, again breaking the law. I am now blocked from contacting support, yet they are still making money from my content. I have asked repeatedly for the direct contact details of their legal team, but been denied this every single time. They have negatively impacted my mental health, destroyed my YouTube channel, discriminated against me, devalued and dehumanised me. Hateful company!
