Review of facebook
Multiple fake pages reported yet facebook respond saying they won't remove. It's rife and facebook won't do anything about it - despite the real pages with tenure also reporting and nothing happening. They're allowing these people to scam and lie... remove the fake profiles Facebook or it will be deleted for trusted social media sites.
Review of mailchimp
Would avoid this company like a chimp with genital herpes. Rude! Unprofessional and childish are a few words to describe them, and to be honest, not overly impressed with their product. They certainly don't encourage new users to experience, learn or try without shutting them down in 24hrs with no excuse or explanation.Take your time and money elsewhere.

Review of depop
Recently, I encountered a situation as a seller that left me quite disheartened. I had sold a pair of shoes to a buyer, who later expressed dissatisfaction by claiming the shoes were not as described and had suffered damage. This matter escalated to the point where a refund was issued to the buyer, despite my thorough efforts to provide substantial evidence showcasing the shoes' condition prior to shipment. One of the most perplexing aspects of this ordeal was the lack of comprehensive assistance throughout the investigative procedure. I diligently supplied a series of photographs portraying the shoes in their original state before shipping, clearly depicting their condition. Nonetheless, these endeavors seemed to have fallen short in garnering the requisite attention to uphold the transaction's integrity. What truly astonished me was not only the buyer's assertion that the shoes were "not as described" but also their decision to dismantle the shoes, thereby exacerbating the predicament. Such actions cast doubts upon the credibility of their assertions and the overall equitableness of the process.Being a diligent seller, I hold firm to principles of transparency and furnishing accurate information regarding the merchandise I offer. It's genuinely disheartening when situations like these arise, and the mechanisms to resolve such issues appear to be deficient. I had harbored hopes for a more balanced resolution that duly considers both sides of the narrative and the evidence tendered.Ultimately, this experience has left me with a sense of dismay and disappointment. As a platform rooted in trust and equitable practices, I earnestly aspire to witness enhancements that secure a more just process for conflict resolution, equally benefiting buyers and sellers.
Review of depop
If I could give **zero stars or less, I would.** Depop is hands down the worst platform I have ever used. They have banned my account multiple times **over their own mistakes,** falsely accusing me of selling fake products when they absolutely were not. Even after **providing proof,** they refused to admit their error. Depop will claim you’ve violated policies **when you haven’t,** and their so-called "customer service" is the most incompetent I’ve ever dealt with. They **do not read messages,** they **do not care** about their users, and their responses are nothing but **copy-and-paste nonsense.** You could spend years building a successful shop with **hundreds of 5-star reviews and 100s of sales,** only for them to **shut you down for no reason.** This time, I’m not even bothering to fight for my account back – I want **nothing more to do with this terrible platform.** If you value your time, effort, and money, **DO NOT USE DEPOP.** They are **useless, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy.** Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!
Review of seagate
I had seagate hybrid drive die. It was under warranty, but for a start, they wanted me to pay to ship their broken product back. After a complaint, they gave a UPS label, all while pointing out what a favour they were doing me by "making an exception". They then sent a cheaper, inferior drive (which, by the way, they send factory refurbs back, not new). It took numerous emails and weeks to find out why I was sent this drive. I was told the hybrid drives weren't produced any more. I explained that their warranty says they'll send an "equivalent or better product" back. I didn't get that. After complaining again and again, they said I should send the drive back and they'd send me what I should have gotten in the first place over a month ago. When I asked about an upgrade or something as compensation for the time and inconvenience, I was told that I'd "gotten what I'd paid for". What's an SSD or letting me keep the incorrect drive going to cost in comparison to losing a customer? They have no concept of customer service and that's why all genuine reviews here are negative. Go with someone else.

Review of bitdefender
I have always rated Bitdefender higher than the other similar products that I have tried, and when it took me most of the morning, it was time well spent. And all the ladies from Bitdefender who I spoke to on the telephone were so helpful and kind. And patient with me!

They sent the wrong desk, twice. Then they took the desk I originally ordered off the website site. I had to start a claim with my bank in order to get a refund. This company's customer service center is the same place that makes scam calls. They are terrible. I will never buy from here again and I suggest nobody does.

Review of namecheap
My previous host was sold to 123 reg. When my hosting package came up for renewal it was four times the price, when I phone in to discuss a cheaper package the sales person was rude and unhelpful. I moved to namecheap- amazing service, great price and very helpful with the migration. So happy with the move to a caring hosting company
Review of macys
I bought a couple of jade bangle bracelets online through Macy’s and charged them on my Macy’s credit card, but I needed to return them because they were too small and not as pictured. The colors of the bangles were odd as well. There was no paperwork in the bag with the bangles when they came to me. Macy’s jewelry department gave me such a hard time about returning these bangles because they were from a third party company. After about a half hour of craziness in jewelry, the clueless sales clerk finally suggested I go to the customer service department to do the return. Now Macy’s has to send these bangles back to the company and that company will approve my refund. Macy’s is turning into an overpriced Target with a few very unprofessional sales clerks that have no common sense. Be careful when buying from Macy’s because of the third party company merchandise… it is a real painful process and once they have your money, they don’t want to give it up easily.

Review of gumroad
I never ever heard about GUMROAD! I don't even have an account. But somehow I started to get messages from my bank that I am purchasing some goods from GUMROAD.CO with an amount of 38$. I immediately blocked my card and bank account, but while I was doing that they made the second transaction with the same amount. Then they tried to steal a higher amount from my card 89$. They tried to do It twice, but unsuccessful because I blocked it. If I didn't have paid attention to the bank messages they would steal all my money!!!! Still don't understand how they did that...I start finding info about this Gumroad and I didn't expect that a lot of people had a bad/sad/mad experience with this site!It is actually a platform made by some indian guy. To be honest It's a nice idea to make such platform between digital developers/sellers and consumers/buyers. But sadly this indian guy and his friends have chosen the wrong way!!!!What to do in these cases?! How to make this site be blocked or whatever!!? Or on internet it's useless?! How many people will be tricked in future....They payback to some clients just to make a platform working imitation just in any case!!DONT TRUST GUMROAD! THEY ARE SCAMMERS 100%
