Thumbtack Pro is the worst…

Thumbtack Pro is the worst advertisement platform that I ever advertised my business on they takes all your money without you receiving any leads for jobs. If a client tries to contact you for a job that you can't provide or that's out of your specialties or qualifications thumbtack still charges your account.

On an eight hour flight from Amsterdam…

On an eight hour flight from Amsterdam to Minneapolis the plane from the start was very cold. As the flight progressed condensate started dripping on me when I complained I was given a cloth napkin. When they brought supper I asked how I was supposed to eat with water dripping on me, it was dripping very steadily. The stewardess told me there was no place to move me because it was a full flight and she could give me $25 in sky miles. I then asked for the purser after quite a long time he finally came and said he could move me further back but not in an isle seat I told to do it. I again waited a long time without anyone moving me finally I got a stewards attention and asked for another rag because the one I had was soaked. He finally came back and moved me. When I filed a complaint asking for a refund they gave me 3,000 sky miles which are absolutely worthless as I’ll never fly with them again. I was totally discounted and ignored. The seat back movie/communication unit didn’t work either. I’d stay away from ever getting on one of their planes.

Review of chase

warning: Chase Bank does not protect your data

In April 2023, I noticed that there was a phone number in my Chase profile that I did not recognize. It was not my number. Numbers in the profile can be used to recover the username and reset the password, which means that someone associated with that number could have accessed my account. I panicked, and immediately alerted the Chase fraud team. They reviewed the security of my account, canceled my old credit card, and sent me a new one. There did not seem to be any suspicious activity, so I thought the incident was over.A few weeks later, the same thing happened again—an unidentified number, not my own, suddenly appeared in my profile. But this time I figured out what had happened. The Chase staff put an incorrect number in some paperwork, and I am guessing that their algorithm picked it up and put it, incorrectly, in my online chase.com profile, as if it were my number.I alerted them to what was happening. I asked them not to put this number in again, and also to look into the algorithm’s mistake. I then deleted the incorrect number from my online profile. This is where the response gets frustrating. Chase did not believe what I said, and they did the exact same thing again—a third time. Even with everything I had told them, they continued to willfully and negligently compromise access to my account. This time, I took screenshots and photos of all the relevant information, and sent it around to Chase staff. I spent several months trying to get them to pay attention to this issue. They send me around from unit to unit, and in general they give two responses. They say that since my account was not compromised, nothing is wrong. But that was only because I happened to notice the number was there, and immediately deleted it (three times). If the algorithm hasn’t been fixed, it could still compromise someone else’s account. Then they say that since I deleted the number from my profile, they can’t investigate the issue. Of course I deleted the number, since it was creating a security flaw in my account. But more to the point, of course they can investigate the issue: they need to examine what their algorithm is doing. The most recent is that they sent me to two people in the executive office; for privacy I’ll refer to their initials, TM and LL. I called them both several times. One of them said the other would get back to me. The other never got back to me. That was back in December, and it’s now July 2024, and I’m still waiting.

Don't subscribe!!!

You can sign up online but can't cancel your subscription online!? This is ridiculous. The only reason they're still going is because it's ridiculously hard to cancel your subscription before getting charged an obscene amount of £15 per MONTH

Review of Microsoft

Useless Office 365 service

Sadly forced to post here, as there is no way to contact microsoft by email to log a complaint. Obviously I do not wish to enter another chat or phone as that is what I have been doing. In essence, it is impossible to share a office 365 account, there is a bug. I have reported it several times. Every time I contact them for an update, it is like starting from scratch and wastes over an hour of my time.the complaint is that- service advisers unable to access ticket information- asking me to repeat over and over unnecessarily- transferring me without explaining why and doing this abruptly leading to me having to start over- service advisers trying to follow flow chart based troubleshooting, when these steps had already been tried out- I had simply asked for an update from technical support whihc was not given- failure to upgrade our account on a temporary basis whilst this was being fixed- failure to call me back after 48 hours- closing a ticket when it was not fixed- not giving client simple access to the ticket log, so we can check progresswhen it works the product is fine in general.

Best Internet Protection Suite

The services are top notch for protecting my computer from all the dangers encountered on the internet. And when I need help adjusting something that is too complicated for me to figure out the tech support is always available with a minimum of wait time.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I’ve been on hold for 46 minutes already, after wasting an hour on texts, chats, and chat bots. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Overstock over the years, but I’m done. Life is too short. Update: after 1.5 hours with the Philippines, all I got was a promise to update me within 7 business days. Nobody could help, nor could they transfer me to anyone with authority. Never again.

Review of hp

Yet another poor customer experience

Given the crazy prices that are charged for print cartridges I thought that signing up to their “instant ink” offer would make good sense. The smart app, website and high number of non-descript error messages lead you up the garden path to continue pursuing a sign-up that won’t happen.Even having recruited the support of one of their online agents (and they had all the relevant details up front) I still spent hours trying to get something that was never actually supported for the printer model I have. The agent tried to end the online chat after a wasted day with “your printer isn’t eligible” and that would have been that if I hadn’t persisted to get any further response. Eventually apologised for the waste of time but I asked for some recompense for my wasted day. Said he’d raise the complaint and I would hear from someone within HP - guess what? - I haven’t; what a surprise. With no means of being able to complain to HP (no such option on their website, so presumably they are perfect) it’s yet another company to add to my “avoid” list. Large corporate non-existent customer service once more.

Review of macys

Horrific & Traumatizing Lack of Customer Service

I’ve had the worse customer service ever in my life with Macys. I was on the phone with Macys online from 3pm to 8:45pm est today with the representatives constantly hanging up by managers & associates, transferring me, & managers lying saying they will call me back giving me fake ext numbers but never calling back or trying to help me. All of this experience because a manager Sher yesterday 12/20 submitted my order incorrectly with the wrong spelling of my name. Then the item canceled & became unavailable, then a new representative Jay repeats the same error after hearing all of the issues and submits the order incorrectly with wrong name, then itrm canceled , just for them to have to resubmit the order. I called my bank with Macys rep Harry on the line who submitted the last order & they tell him they cannot remove any of the charges. So there are 3 charges on my account and I am not even getting what I originally ordered which was expected to be delivered today via express shipping. I am furious with Macys & I've submitted several complaints to all of Macys leadersip team email, CEO Jeff Gennette, John Harper, Hal Lawton, & Carlos Borbolla but no response or call from anyone..I am furious & completely traumatized by the incompetence, blatant disrespect, rude & disgusting lack of of customer service Ive received from Macys online.
