I recently bought a labgrown diamond jewelry piece, believing it was of the best quality, certified and whatnot. I then discovered that the diamond wasn't even certified! and I realized I had overpaid for a dull and ungraded diamond. I felt misled by the smooth sales pitch and returned to the store within the 30-day return period. But the staff made the return process VERY difficult and unwelcoming. I had to talk with the manager and eventually received a refund, but I won’t be shopping at Pandora again.
