hi- I signed up for their free brushhead offer after i purchased Sonicare. I decided to cancel the subscription, went online to do that, and it said i have to return the brushhead (wow super cheap by Philips, but fine-- i hadn't even opened the package). I was sent a UPS label for return, printed it out, and the UPS store wouldnt accept it as it had no barcode, no tracking #. I wasted 20 minutes driving to UPS each way, plus then called customer service phone number and wasted 40 minutes to try to get to a supervisor as the person handling it couldn't assist. I've never seen a company act this way toward a customer. And it's still not resolved. They refuse to cancel the subscription until they receive it back!
