Review of gopro
Support number not exists, voicemail send you to support link online and there I filled form for contact me but this not working at all, I have problem with my GoPro 9 which is 2 months old but costumer service doesn’t exist!!! AVOID THIS EXPENSIVE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY COSTUMER SUPPORT. NEVER AGAIN!
Review of gopro
Go Pro customer service is only there to offset claims to other departments who then completely fail to contact you. Despite paying an annual subscription that includes a no hassle replacement promise, I was told that the camera leaking and stopping working is not covered as a defect and I will have to pay a further £115 for a replacement. This has to be initiated by a call from Go Pro financial team who are “very busy”. I’ve been told twice now to expect a call ‘tomorrow’. Sadly, no way to run a company, not that Go Pro care.

I totally agree with this comment. I have been trying to get a refund since 7th June. The reason for this is that I forgot to change the delivery address on my account when I moved. As soon as I confirmed the order I asked to change the address or alternatively cancel the order. I could do neither and was told to wait for the order to be returned by Hermes. As I had moved and the order was delivered I had no way of arranging a return. Hermes were no help, they suggested I contact Uniqlo, which is highly impossible. There is no customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Its an appalling store to use. I would steer clear of Uniqlo.

The t-shirts I bought for my friend were perfect! He promptly put them on the minute they arrived! He's so happy with them. He sent me photos wearing them in pride, and from the look of them, the printing was mighty fine. I chose cotton and I think that ws the est choice. Prompt delivery, too. Thanks!

Cancellation too hard. Deliberately put you on hold for ages before answering, then give you the hard-sell tactics to remain, making you answer survey-style questions before they'll let you leave. If you try to skip, they'll say "the cancellation system is still loading up" - an obvious lie. This is an out-dated practice. Modern digital services offer easy cancellation via simple buttons on the app/website, and people then go back to them in future. I'll never go back to The Times now.
Review of mega
I have used MEGA Cloud for awhile now and have never had issues, the website is optimized, organized and works well, the Windows sync client MEGAsync is exceptional and the Android app works well. Most negative reviews I've read mostly contain false or inaccurate information, if you inform yourself about MEGA Ltd. and their service (read their TOS and privacy policy) most of the negative reviews are addressed by that. I guarantee you if you subscribe to a Pro plan and don't break their TOS you will never have issues.
Review of lonelyplanet
I ordered a few guidebooks from the Lonely Planet website. Not once but twice they failed to ship the guidebooks from their warehouse. Customer support was friendly and I got my money back pretty quickly. It was probably better they never arrived, because the 2023 guidebooks are really a great disappointment - what a way to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The 2023 edition looks very nice, but they only include a few highlights of the different places, many places are not listed at all anymore, it doesn't have the extensive list of festivals and events it used to have, the maps are not easy to use anymore, opening days/hours are missing, etc etc.For Sweden I purchased the Rough Guide instead, which will probably be the first publisher I'll check from now on. For Denmark, I did purchase the Lonely Planet guidebook (at another store), as I couldn't find a better guidebook. This guidebook has some suggestions for Helsingborg in Sweden if you take the ferry. But the Lonely Planet guide for Sweden itself doesn't even cover this city anymore (it was included in previous editions). I really don't understand what the new owners of Lonely Planet tried to achieve with the updated versions - there is hardly any practical info included and the selection of places is so minimal, that you'll end up searching online for more options and opening hours etc.The LP website is full of positive reviews - but even though I did buy an ebook, I couldn't find any link to leave a review. The rest of the internet is full with negative reviews for the 2023 edition, so I really hope they'll go back to the old format. I rarely leave reviews somewhere, but now I felt I had to. It's sad to depart from Lonely Planet after they've accompanied me around the world for almost 20 years.

This is in one of my top 5 websites and I always use it for the latest news and reviews on games. Plus I've got to get my "daily fix". My only minor gripe is its american and all release dates, prices etc are american. Thats the only thing that stops this site having 5 stars.
