Very bad C/S they don't care

Very bad C/S they don't care. All you are to them is a number.I have been in chat since 10am and it id 5:36pm just to change an email addrss, and my 2 sp auth won't email me the code. And C/S doesn;'t care.I have spoken to 4 different people now, and I have to repeat myself

Review of asus

Appalling.

Appalling.Had my ASUS Vivobook for 11 months when pixels went dead in the screen, so I sent it off to get it fixed (as it was in warranty). Sending it itself was a hassle in itself from the process you have to go through. I receive my laptop back around 2 weeks later, for them to have not fixed anything! Emailed regarding notes on what they had actually done, and they came back saying they did nothing as there was 'not enough evidence' and 'no explanation' of what needed to be fixed, as they apparently only go off what they are told from the form you fill out when sending it off.Not only did I tell them what it was that I needed fixed, I also provided photos of the problem and exactly what it was that needed looking at. If that is 'not enough evidence' then I don't know what is.They also wiped my laptop, which granted you do have to agree to, but what baffles me is why they would wipe the laptop in the first place if:1. there is no evidence or details of the repair to which they cant do a repair in the first place, and 2. before even checking they can fix itThis has now left me with more problems than I actually sent it off for, as the backup I have redownloaded all my files, but they are not accessible?Laptop is now out of warranty and have had 0 support from any of the advisors I have spoken to.

please be careful what you book .

please be careful what you book .I booked a break for me and children and the day before I contacted the host for details of arrival as I'd not heard anything .I was advised by Vrbo the booking needed to be cancelled ,the host could no longer honor the booking .less than 24 hrs before we arrive and over a bank holiday weekend we are left with no holiday .we had booked activities to do on this holiday . The children are upset .when you've worked hard all year and in need of a break it's distressing to find out you're not going to get one .I would not use this site again

PAOLI INDIANA HISTORIC LIBRARY

We rented the historic library in Paoli Indiana. The “host” was terrible and the property was a joke. The French door was unlocked when we arrived, we locked it but it was so rickety it could be pushed/pulled in, the bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and peeling paint. I booked 5 days and stayed 1 because I feared for my safety, I could not shower for fear of catching some germs from the horse through tub that you had to step up on a step ladder to step down into, bad for safety. The building looks abandoned and the key is kept outside under a rock. The lady that owns it lives in Alaska and was disrespectful and rude when I told her how unhappy I was and that I was leaving early. For 1 night I had to pay $260 because she said Vrbo had to give me the remaining money back when come to find out it was her. Both her and Vrbo are a joke, I will never do it again.

Worst Customer Service! Full of LIES!

horrible, horrible customer service! I ordered my car more than 2 weeks ago and found several issues, contacted Tesla and submitted a claim regarding my car and my purchase, they either kept transferring me to the next representative, or just ignore and never reply my email. When I talked to the representative over the phone, it's full of LIES!!!!! I'm very disappointed with Tesla

Review of keap

Infusionsoft has potential to be a great tool for me

I'm not with Keap, but Infusionsoft, and it's not very user friendly, though it gets the job done once you figure it out. I know I don't use it to its fullest extent or price tag, so I wish it was easier to use. It does do more than other cheaper alternatives and I hope in the future I'll learn enough to utilize it more fully.

Farfetch is amazing!

Farfetch is amazing. I have first ordered one Celine bag coming from Japan which could be returned very smoothly after having ordered another one, this time from Hermès. Both orders were delivered very fast and the return was very uncomplicated.Thank you very much for the excellent user experience. I can only highly recommend Farfetch for luxury bags!

no documentation for how this works on various platforms and worse customer support. The content is sometimes interesting but without ANY documentation for any features and few customer resources, it's not worth the expense.

When we came to the hotel

When we came to the hotel, there was no one at front desk to welcome us and help us out with getting to our rooms. We had to wait more than five minutes for someone to be there. There were no appologies made. Upon receiving the key no information was given to us regarding wifi access code until I requested it. The whole family suffered from the stone-like mattress. We stayed for one night and broke our lower backs as a result. It was a terrible experience. When I told the receptionist about it in the morning before leaving, her response was, "nobody complained." I am shocked at the way the complaint was handled. Only three out of the four of us were given towels. Upon request, we were told that someone will bring us towels for a fourth person. Nobody came, so I had to go back again and ask for the towels personally.The breakfast seemed fine, only after that, I had to buy an anti-diarrhea medicine to help me out with the breakfast outcomes. Although the cleanliness of the room was acceptable, there was dust on the furniture, which seemed odd to me. The complementary coffee that we made in the room smelled like rubber. The customer service at front desk was terrible overall, and we were very disapointed, upset, and not rested. I'm not going to go there again.
