Bad refund policy

I had no idea my subscription was still active and I called Nintendo ASAP about the Charge. However, they don't refund it back to your card they only offer it in form of credits. Which is useless if you don't really use Nintendo as much. I understand it's on me to make sure everything is cancelled but I would think as a courtesy and an exception they would offer the money back into your account. Especially if it's the first time it's happened.

Did not receive my £5 voucher

Didn't get my £5 voucher, what a dishonest corporation they are. I will never complete your survey again and will discourage family and friends to not do the survey as well as it is a waste of time. I called them on this number enquiring about the voucher and the advisor told me it is nothing to do with her 02030595000. She came across to be so rude with her tone of voice and the way she spoke to me. I mentioned the negative reviews people have given on trust pilot and she said "well that's their problem not mine" as if she took it so personally. No professionalality coming from these people what so ever. I would recommend the people of the UK to save your time and do something more productive with your time rather than completing surveys with false promises of earning a quick £5 voucher.

Company offers a wide range of experiences at good prices. Our recent guide for the Alcazar in Seville was Bea. She was punctual, friendly, helpful and very passionate about her job and the place she was guiding us through. Get your guide customer services were very helpful and responsive with an admin question. Highly recommended company.

Change.org is a good initiative but it's so silly you need 5 signatures to start. A lone person can create a popular initiative,idea, push. It's slightly discrimination.

Stay away from these scammers. I had 285 connections that took me some years to build and they restricted my account, without any warning!!!!! In one moment they destroyed all my years of efforts.They are biased and they want people to handle them. Protect yourselves and stay away from these scammers.
