Been shopping with Amazon for years and…

Been shopping with Amazon for years and if I ever had a problem, they sorted it straight away. Now there is no CS, just some stupid AI chat so you can't speak to someone. Parcel marked as delivered, no photo or note left and no parcel in sight. I and my 3 teenage kids were in all day so no way someone wouldn't have heard them knock. They won't help now until next week so I have to wait for them to sort out their problem with my money in hand. Not good enough. CS has become awful so I'll be taking my service elsewhere. Have spent 1000s with Amazon over the years. You don't leave near £100 parcel at someone's house without any evidence whatsoever and nobody to receive. There at least should be photographic evidence. There is none.Update Tuesday: it has been quick abd easy to order replacement item.

Beware of a hidden call charge

Whilst the initial booking was quite simple and straightforward, a day or so before the actual reservation I received a text message asking me to reply to confirm the booking was still required (why). Upon checking my phone bill that came today I got charged for using their premium rate number to send that reply. Rather underhand I think

Best Buy sent me an empty box instead of an Apple Watch

I ordered an Apple Watch for a Christmas present. The total was over $350 so it was quite an investment. I ordered it on December 17th. It was scheduled to arrive before Christmas on December 20th. A box from Best Buy arrives on schedule from FedEx. Imagine my surprise when I open the box and it is empty except for the bubble wrap. The Fed Ex site says the package they delivered was about half a pound which when I weighed it, was the weight of the box and bubble wrap. The watch weighs about a pound and a half so it is obvious Best Buy sent me an empty box and/or someone in their shipping department stole it. I called them immediately. The person spoke limited English and was totally unhelpful. She refused to switch me to someone who could actually help. Her response? Wait for an email from us in a couple of business days. How about the Christmas gift? I guess I'm just out of luck. I had to spend more money and get it last minute at Walmart. I bought a lot of stuff from Best Buy over the years. I've always been satisfied. However, I'll never order another thing from them again. Shameful.

I’m going to make this short and to the point.anything else don’t waste your time with it.Why, because they lack the a lot and are deficient in the capability in supporting its customers. My personal experience with one product which should not matter when it has to do with product efficiency or lack of. With me I’ve been in constant touch with Samsung in respects to an overhead range microwave with built in exhaust. Numerous calls to them and Technicians coming out and their stupid paper test when videos were given of the lack of power to exhaust fumes. Battled with them for more than 11 months under a warranty which was futile. Over course after the 12th month they would no longer help me out. Lack of customer support and subpar products are a waste of your time and money.But Samsung has great TV products and only TV’s. I’ve cut Samsung out of my house, now I have a SONY TV. Use to be loyal to their TV, and because of my warranty issue and a $350.00 product and lack of support, I’ll spend my money on something other than Samsung.Shame on you Samsung, it’s a reflection of what you really think about your customers.

At a time when their revenues were badly affected by Covid-19, the National Trust 'leadership' managed to alienate as many members as possible with their pet project on colonialism and slavery. This was riddled with lies, inaccuracies and omissions that they refuse to even discuss. They have also failed to say how much this report, its associated 'colonial countryside' project or the subsequent steering group will cost. But it's almost certainly going to be a significant figure. Many senior National Trust managers are paid well over £100,000 a year, with the Director General on a grossly excessive £190,000. She is the only one taking a pay cut (a 20% reduction 'for a few months'). All other senior managers are receiving their full pay while making 1300 staff redundant (out of a total of 16000). There are also concerns about the way children have been treated in the 'colonial countryside' project. Here are some of the written comments made by children as young as ten:"tarnished red with blood""dirty as a blood pool""Liquid dripped off my blade""tarnished with blood""Blood dripped mercilessly ""Crimson blood oozed ""Blood. British blood""covered in blood"No responsible organisation would appear to glorify violence to children - especially at a time when knife crime is a serious concern.In essence, that National Trust has been mismanaged to such an extent that nothing less than a complete replacement of the senior management team is required.

Irritatingly resistant if you try to end your subscription. Then, having ended it I received a barrage of emails and calls inviting me to rejoin. Very US focused so a lot of the material is of little interest to the UK reader. I do not recommend subscribing.
