The worst customer service that could ever existed in this day and age. To return an item, you have to print the return label yourself (not even offer hermes drop off printing), PAY £3 postage cost (and you can not return online order in store). It does not end there. I’ve been waiting for a month and still no refund, no communication from the company’s side, no customer service number on the website. They completely ignore my return. I had to talk to a chatbot that keeps repeating the same useless thing over and over. Only until I had to open a case on Resolver.com, did they contact me. Now after a bunch of emails back and forth, I’m still waiting for a refund. Absolutely nothing in this brand is worth shopping with this kind of customer service

I purchased a TCL 55 INCH Qled tv C61B for 38990 Rupees from Amazon on 12/09/2024 mode of payment was Amazon pay balance. I took a loan from snapmint at a high interest rate to purchase this tv. I got TV delivery on 14/09/2024, i find that this TV was defective. It is having an problem in Grey scale uniformity and also while playing Netflix there is a lines on upper black strip and a scar on upper right corner display. I raised a complaint to Amazon on 16/09/2024 for this issue. On 20/09/2024 Technician from TCL company visited at my home and he find this problem in my TCL TV too. On 23/09/2024 i raised complaint in Amazon for return pickup before the return pickup window closes on 24/09/2024, and Amazon initiated My TV Return pickup for 28/09/2024, but no one from Amazon came to pick up the TV. The next day Amazon updated the wrong notification in the App that the return pickup was cancelled by the customer. Lying and wrong update from Amazon. Now again the same problem i face several times the dates mentioned below for the return pickup of my defective TV by Amazon:-03/10/2024 return pickup -05/10/2024 return pickup -07/10/2024 return pickup I'm having the call recordings of these mentioned dates, and relevant screenshots too.On 03/10/2024 my TCL TV was assigned for Return pickup and not for replacement, but on that same day delivery person from direct TCL Company came with the replacement TCL TV but at the same time infront of the delivery person from TCL COMPANY I called Amazon and confirmed that this replacement was not assigned by Amazon because as per my Communication with Amazon excutive he said me not to receive this replacement TCL TV, because my TV was assigned for the return pickup by only Amazon employee, so I didn't take that replacement TCL TV from the delivery person of TCL company. I'm having the cctv footage of it.And again Amazon updated wrong notification that customer cancelled Return pickup and making me fool. I never cancelled the Return pickup of defective TCL TV. Now finally Amazon said me that that will do the investigation. Why was the Return Pickup not done by Amazon pickup person and they will update me on 10/10/2024 with their resolution. Now I called Amazon today, and they updated me that they will not Return refund or replacement of the TV and they cannot do anything, because in their fake and wrong investigation, Amazon blamed on me that the return update.I made so many calls to Amazon customer care and the several calls made by me with call duration time was 20-40 minutes also, and Amazon wasted my time and using my hard earned money by falsely blaming on me for the Return Pickup cancel.Amazon did mentally harassment to me and wasted my time by several times promising falsely me to return pickup of my TCL TV. Amazon Wasted my time and inconvenience and distressed and made me frustrated by my financial loss.Kindly help me to Return my TV and get me the refund and I need the compensation from Amazon for mentally harrasment, frustration, and distress , my financial loss and wasted my time. Your immediate action is required to Amazon, so no other customer fall in this kind of problem.

I had a deeply distressing experience with an Uber driver who verbally assaulted me without any justification. When I asked a simple question about his location (after receiving a notification that he had arrived), he responded aggressively, shouting at me and demanding I “get out of his car.”I was terrified, confused, and humiliated. I started recording only at the end, but Uber refused to request the full dashcam footage from the driver, even though I informed them it existed.Despite all my reports, Uber has taken no clear action, and the driver is still active on the platform. I am shocked and disappointed that a company this size allows such behavior to go unpunished.My dignity and safety should matter more than hiding behind “privacy policies.”I urge Uber to rethink how it handles complaints from women and vulnerable users.This was my first and only bad experience on Uber – and it has left a lasting emotional impact.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. I singed up for the 3 month trial and then made a note in the diary to call them before the end of the trial to ensure I wouldnt be charged beyond that date. They continued to take £26 every month for 8 months. I have called customer services a number of times to raise a complaint. They say that they received my cancellation call back in Aug and can see I havent accessed the subscription once since the free trial, but that they will not refund me. They say they've listed to the cancellation call and feel that it was made clear to me that I was in a 'cooling off' period at the time of the call and I needed to call back AGAIN to cancel. I was happy that Id cancelled it. So BEWARE - its very hard to get out of these trials once you're signed up. Im computer literate and organised, but imagine the amount of elderly people who are being CONNED by this scam. FURIOUS and now strongly dislike The Times.

I’am reviewing for the couriers temu use for Blenheim/ Nelson Nz. change to Nz post, armarex are terrible, as a business they don’t answer emails, leave packages in plain view, where passabys could steal your parcels , time and time again. I won’t ever buy from temu again, armarex are absolutely the worse, no business ethic at all.AVOID . Temu Nz post as so much better.temu themselves have been okay., but change couriers

I purchased a rattan coffee table. It arrived from Temu's London warehouse. The glass top was completed smashed. I emailed Temu on several occasions and they never replied. I sent photographs of the shattered table top and asked for a replacement, still nothing. In the end I contacted PayPal to resolve the issue. Temu have replied, advising I need to send the product back to receive my refund. They will not however refund my shipping costs. I have learned my lesson, I will not be buying from Temu again.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent booking with Hotels.com. What was advertised as a "Luxury Downtown Stay" turned out to be an unsafe, poorly managed apartment with no signage and questionable conditions. There were individuals sleeping by the entrance, and even my Uber driver cautioned me about letting my wife enter and exit the property. This was not what I expected from a reputable platform like Hotels.com.After realizing the situation, I spent hours trying to resolve the issue through your app, only to be told that no refund would be provided due to a strict cancellation policy. This is simply unacceptable. The listing (Luxury Downtown Dallas Stay by Amyfinehouse, 500 S. Ervay St, Dallas, TX) was misleading, unsafe, and does not meet the standards I expect from your platform. It should never have been listed in the first place.As a frequent traveler, I was shocked by the lack of customer support and flexibility in addressing this situation. This experience has made me seriously reconsider using Hotels.com for future bookings, and I have already deleted the app as a result.

It’s just suck a scam for the seller… you sell something as broken/parts only and state the the item is not working and set “no return” policy… buyer buy the item, complain that is not working… and you are forced by ebay to refund the buyer, get the item back and also pay from your pocket the shipping fee… ridiculous… i will use other selling platform next time so if you planning to sell something… think twice… seller are not very protected

Love the Clothes but shopping online impossible. Zara have stopped the "see" and "print returns label" from my account. I have communicated via chat bot, messenger and been into store. No one can advise why. I also do not get any emails from Zara (either confirmation of the order or confirmation of return ((that would also give me access to the return label)). You can not talk to anyone on the phone. The customer team via the chat bot are hopeless and do not read the communication properly, send a cut and paste response and invariably just end the conversation. My local store manager has no idea which means that I am doing a 32mile round trip to return goods. It't not worth the hassle. My advice : DON'T buy online.
