Normally my experiences with the BBB…

Normally my experiences with the BBB has been good. However, today was horrible. Recently I filed a complaint against Chexsytems using the BBB website. I found out today that BBB allows Chexsystems control over the closing out the complaint, instead of the customer or the one filing the complaint. Chexsystems is falsely giving out information that is not true. The money that BBB gets from the company, allows the company control the BBB site

Taking money when auto-renewal is turned off

Do not use Surney Monkey!! I’ve been using them the past 2 years until recently and now will NEVER use them again! For two months in a row now I have cancelled the auto-renew top up and both times money has been takes from my account. I even have emails to confirm it being disabled and another reminding me that it has been turned off! Then, like clock work on the scheduled renew date, money is taken from my account!! I have now been told by them I must’ve turned it back on and they are not accepting responsibility... on both occasions I have not been near a computer at the time they are saying. I am shocked that they are insisting I have turned it back on... why would I disable it in the first place?!? So disappointed in the service!

Worst Shipping Ever

Worst Shipping Ever! I ordered something which is very important and urgent. They said they will deliver it by 17 May, but now they are showing that it will get delivered by 19 May. They charged me extra Rs. 800 for "Advancement Charge" stating that this is the amount for extra efforts from our team. They called me 5-6 times for no reason to submit KYC documents in the span of 3-4 hrs even after submission of the documents. Before this the shipping site already took Rs1200 in the name of "Fedex". I will never recommend this to anyone!

Shopify: The 'Nickel and Dime You' Store Platform

Shopify looks great on the surface, until you realize that it's just a shell platform and you have to pay more a month in addon apps then the actual platform costs, otherwise nothing works right. Incredibly basic features (like being able to ship an order in multiple boxes) requires an app. Every time you talk to support, they tell you to purchase an app, OR to upgrade to their insanely priced Shopify PLUS tier. $300 a month to $2000. I wish we'd never picked them as a platform, but sadly the cost in salary hours would be astronomical to switch again so soon. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else.
