It’s very easy to order items from the app!! I love it… I order something and 3 to 5 days later it’s at my door; you can’t beat that treatment!! Much better than going into the store, because the store here in Greenwood, Indiana is a mess!! You go to the drum section it looks like it hasn’t been touched in forever… They have boxes laying around, not put away, or hardly any inventory left. Especially with the Zildjian Cymbals. Drummers like to hear the sound of symbols, because they’re all different, and how they are made! But instead, I order through the app, and if I don’t like the sound, I just take it to the store and turn it back in… You can’t beat that deal!!!

I stayed 3 nights at the Best Western in Pueblo, Co. I was pleased with the room and so thrilled that housekeeping cleaned my room each day- I was not expecting that. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the young man, Ethan, who worked in the breakfast area. He was so friendly and such a good worker- what an asset to your company! I overheard other guests commenting about his pleasant demeanor. Thanks Ethan for your cheerful and positive outlook- you had a big impact on lots of guests!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! While kickstarter probably started out as a good idea, it has quickly turned into a money making scheme for scammers. The so called "Trust" kickstarter promotes is an absolute crock. Creators barely need to provide the minimum form of identification and most of that is an automated process, which kickstarter lie about as being reveiwed by their "team". All of the people in this supposed team must have the combined brain capacity of a rotten cabbage.The worst part is that kickstarter takes a cut of the funding but WILL NOT give backers - those people helping to keep kickstarter in business - any support when the creator vanishes. At least have the decency to provide backers with a small percentage of a refund when the scammer/creator runs off with the funds. But they won't even do that. It's criminal activity they are profiting from and they STILL don't care.I truly hope this company goes the way of MySpace.

Additional comment....Given the information, there was still NO investigation, STILL NO satisfactory response just the generic copy and paste email, sent for the 8th time.Original review ..... Most of the time you can't fault them, you get what you pay for, and a small amount of stuff is poor quality, read all reviews before ordering, steer clear of anything that "haven't tried yet"The downside is some disputes don't get looked in to, and you keep getting sent a generic cut and paste email, instead of them actually investigating your concern. Pop Ups are rife, and annoying, causing glitches and crashes at times.I bet this review will get an answer saying they will do better... Thing is they just carry on without addressing the concerns....

Left me and my aunt stranded for 8 hours. No help kept telling us the tow truck was coming called at 830pm it is now 400 am the next day still no tow truck. My aunt is 70 years old and pays every year for this service. Left her and kept lying telling her help was on the way, no one ever showed up. Would never ever recommend this company. I didn't want to give them one star.

This site/app sucks. How do you pay someone? Never a phone 3 or a chat line available to talk to someone. Send a note, they will get back to you later this year. If you accidentally send money to the wrong person, they do not help you getting your money back.

Would give zero stars if I could and to pay palI tried to cancel at end of free month, however every time I went into it, it said you have no subscriptions. And Free. After logging into my account. I then noticed 11.99 came out of my bank via the pay pal pre approval method.I immediately cancelled through PayPal not realising I could do this also at the time.Spotify then said they couldn’t find my account or email even though I explained you are contacting me via my email?I spoke to many different people who said no you have no subscriptions past or present. So why the charge ? If even you couldn’t cancel. Pay pal would not refund me saying you have had the service (even though I have explained I didn’t want it)SCAM! Impossible to cancel then get charged !

We've been raving advocates for Samsung for years. We buy Samsung everything, appliances, widescreen TVs that last about 2 years, chromebooks, and 4 phones every 2 years. Sure we've had problems with just about everything and we're OK with the 2 yr. life span of their products, since we don't listen to the negative reviews when we buy.I am very disappointed with the company that has it's Samsung logo on many high dollar products throughout my home right now. I bought an $1,800 Galaxy Z-Fold 3 about 11 months ago. Within 6 months the screen started separating where the fold is. I could live with that since the reviews said that would happen. Now, the cameras stopped working, the main screen that you open up to is black, and it won't hook up to wifi at all. I sent it to Samsung and they sent it back, un-repaired, after a series of very rude text messages stating that I need to pay $386 for them to fix it, or they're sending it back to me. They gave no explanation for the reason it is not covered under warranty. My only other option is to file an insurance claim and pay taxes on a new $1,800 phone. I simply don't understand a company such as this, to nit-pick a few dollars with a loyal customer. I am a teacher with a moderate income. I constantly ask my students what the need. Out of my own pocket, dog food-DONE, food for their families-DONE, crafts items, learning tools to help them be successful, fairy garden items to decorate around their outhouse, their only toilet-DONE! Samsung, you were successful in ruining my day, and having faith in your brand.

Dont buy Samsung TV ..as soon as warranty period is over you will get issue that you have to replace screen .. Customer care person will come tell directly without checking you need to replace screen for 29000rs including GST... Actually I repaired this by utube video... Don't buy Samsung any product
