The worst customer service that could ever existed in this day and age. To return an item, you have to print the return label yourself (not even offer hermes drop off printing), PAY £3 postage cost (and you can not return online order in store). It does not end there. I’ve been waiting for a month and still no refund, no communication from the company’s side, no customer service number on the website. They completely ignore my return. I had to talk to a chatbot that keeps repeating the same useless thing over and over. Only until I had to open a case on Resolver.com, did they contact me. Now after a bunch of emails back and forth, I’m still waiting for a refund. Absolutely nothing in this brand is worth shopping with this kind of customer service
