Review of Zoom
I do not think Zoom even deserves one star! I took out a subscription last year and found that I have made little use of the service so I wanted to cancel the subscription. Looking on my account there was no where for me to do this. Consequently Zoom took another yearly subscription and doubled the price - £166.00. I wrote an email to their sales team last week (only email address I could find) and explained I did not want this service. No one has replied. I checked my account again today and now have an option to cancel next years subscription for zoom, but not for the whiteboard. They have not refunded my £166.00 which was taken without my permission as I had not agreed to this amount. So warning. Very easy to join. But almost impossible to leave!!!!!

Review of outlook
Hotmail is an underperforming poor quality useless platform. These days we send attachments and you can't send medium sized - big ones freely at all using hotmail. Unless u get the recipient to transition to the outlook one cloud and store the item. Which is only a type of marketing gimmick for outlook to boost their clientele. In the end we, as consumers end up with too many unused wish wash technologies by playing into the hands of these tech giants.

This is not news, it's just entertainment. Nobody really goes onto DM to read the news, it's mostly to read the comments which are pure entertainment. A substantial amount of it is fake news as well, don't visit unless you wanna just entertain yourself
Review of zoom
A year ago I told Zoom that I want the service but I don't want it autorenewed. They had trouble understanding the concept but in the end they they removed my credit card details so it couldn't be autorenewed.A year and two months on Zoom cancelled my subscription because I hadn't paid their last invoice. I didn't pay the invoice because they never sent it to me or any earlier reminders. Zoom has the dishonest practice of not sending out invoices at renewal time and they just automatically charge the credit card without notifying the customer. This is so that customers aren't reminded to cancel the service that they no longer use. In my case they couldn't charge my credit card so they cancelled my service. The Zoom product works well, but their sales, billing, and support teams are a real let-down to the credibility of the product.
Review of washingtonpost
I subscribed Washington Post weekend editions for over 10 years because of the weekend Samurai Sudoku and coupons. I don't really care about this newspaper, they are one-sided and a left propaganda newspaper. Over the years, the quality of Washington Post has degraded so I decided to cancel my subscription when the current subscription runs out on November 3, 2024. I called Washington Post a week ago notifying them of my intention to cancel the weekend subscription when it expires. The customer representative (CR) tried to persuade me to stay on but I told him of my firm decision. Since I have a vacation credit of $16 with Washington Post, I asked that the vacation credit be refunded to the credit card that I made payment with. I was told by the CR that the vacation credit will be refunded to my credit card in 3-5 business days, however, this did not happen. I called again today to inquire about the credit refund, this time the CR that I spoke with told me that because I did not set up automatic credit card payment, the credit refund will be initiated as a check on Sunday, November 10, 2024 after the last Sunday newspaper delivery on November 3, 2024. I was told that It will take 30 days for me to receive the check by mail. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE of their business practice. First, the first CR gave out wrong information regarding my credit refund and now they delay in issuing my credit refund because even though I paid my subscription with my credit card, I did not set up renewal by auto-payment with credit card. This is so absurd. I am done with Washington Post and will never do business with this fake newspaper.

Review of namecheap
I registered a domain with Namecheap for $3 and immediately started sending important emails using the email hosting service. 24 hours later, my account was suspended without warning, and I was asked to provide verification documents. While I understand the need for security and have no issue submitting documents, suspending both the domain and email hosting without resolving the matter is absolutely unacceptable. As a result, I lost a client and was completely embarrassed. This is by far the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced from a company.
Review of lenovo
I purchased the Ideapad 330-151KB for personal home use and it was absolute junk!! Thanks for the joke of an instruction booklet and dummy drives that are NOT advertised as such!! Returned after owning for two days. Could not factory reset, contacted company, tech was rude and unhelpful. Ended up returning with my info on it...NEVER AGAIN, LENOVO!!!

Review of yahoo
Talk about Leftists! This comment was not acceptable to Yahoo since it was a story about how the Supreme court took a knee. IE Yahoo with its typical leftist spin and you point out don't comment. The comment "Your comment on The Supreme Court takes a knee has been rejected as it contains content that is in breach of our community guidelines." I think Yahoo needs to stop being so far Left. This article is laughable in its attempt to not sound bias. Lets compare apples to lead boxes covered in bacon. See they are exactly the same, because the author is just a Leftist media lapdog. If decent people are for it this guy is against it.
Review of dell
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy software subscriptions through Dell when you purchase your laptop. I purchased 3 (McAfee, Adobe Pro 2024 and Office 365.) The McAfee and Adobe subscriptions I was unable to access after tech support did a remote assist session for 3+ hours, and I finally just had to ask for a refund so I could purchase it myself. The Office 365 required technical support to get it installed. As of right now, I'm awaiting a response on the refund request and the remote assist is still trying to get Office 365 to load. This is all after I spent an entire day trying to figure these subscriptions out myself, unsuccessfully.
Review of ulta
2295 Market Place Blvd., Cumming GA 30041Walked into Ulta only to greeted with "Do you have a mask?"I explained wearing a mask activates my claustrophobia, I can't wear a mask. I was then informed I would have to wear some face shield if I would not wear a mask?I'm suppose to wear a mask, but I'm there to purchase make up. Am I the only one to see the ridiculousness with the concept?!? To begin with, legally I am not obligated to explain a medical condition because of HIPAA. Second, to be greeted with "Do you have a mask?" doesn't necessarily quantify as a friendly greeting. Lastly, the staff employed are uneducated to understand what claustrophobia is. A face shield is going to circumvent what I feel emotionally because of claustrophobia? Ulta has no qualms with my anxiety brought on by a handicap of claustrophobia as long as I conform to wearing a mask. So in conclusion I'll shop online from my makeup products websites. Rude, inconsiderate, and ignorant to say the very least.

Really good Telstra. My elderly mum rang up as the internet is constantly dropping out and shows are buffering! You tell her it's fine from YOUR SIDE.The next minute you are telling her to get our internet working she has to upgrade. So basically the service we are getting isn't working as it is, but you are blackmailing her to get her WiFi working.I've heard the whole conversation and I'll be taking this further.

Review of anthropologie
The item was faulty due to a quality issue with the fabric. I emailed customer services to query why I was being charged £2 to return the order. I simply received a no reply email saying - Hello, Thank you for your message, the Anthropologie Customer Service team will aim to be in touch within 48 hours. There has been no further communication so I have sent the item back & paid the charge - poor client experience!Just responded to your latest feedback - rest assured I did not receive an email from CS if you'd like to resend it or share a copy of the communication I would appreciate it
