I was then informed I would have to wear some face shield if I would not wear a mask?I'm suppose to wear a mask, but I'm there to purchase make up. Am I the only one to see the ridiculousness with the concept?!? To begin with, legally I am not obligated to explain a medical condition because of HIPAA. Second, to be greeted with "Do you have a mask?" doesn't necessarily quantify as a friendly greeting. Lastly, the staff employed are uneducated to understand what claustrophobia is. A face shield is going to circumvent what I feel emotionally because of claustrophobia? Ulta has no qualms with my anxiety brought on by a handicap of claustrophobia as long as I conform to wearing a mask. So in conclusion I'll shop online from my makeup products websites. Rude, inconsiderate, and ignorant to say the very least.
