Stay away at all costs. This company is a bait and switch company that has no care about your business or if their software is a good fit. We signed up for the trial version, and started working the system. We then signed up for the essentials version. I emailed support asking why we still had a trial period in the top of our account. They simply sent me a reset password link. Turns out, we continued to enter our data into the trial version, and the only way we could continue to use this data was to upgrade to a more expansive version with features that we did not need. Upon trying to cancel, since we never used the paid product, we were denied. They are trying to stick us with a year long contract for a product we never physically used. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SNAKE OIL SALES TACTICS.

Most of this is because CR doesn't know how to take any criticism and wants to boost sales while cutting way too many corners.

After purchasing a theme from Envato Elements/ThemeForest, the payment went through, I received a confirmation email, and I downloaded the theme. But as soon as I tried to activate it, I was locked out of my account. For five days, I contacted support repeatedly, only to get automated responses from bots. Today, they finally responded with this message: “I understand you wish to have the account unlocked, but your account has been permanently disabled, and we can’t provide you with any specific reason why. All I can say is that we have internal policies for business that we can't divulge. I sincerely apologize for not being able to unlock your account and thank you for your understanding. I'll be closing this ticket now as we've exhausted our options/information available.”This is beyond unacceptable. I followed all necessary steps for a legitimate purchase, provided payment, and was only attempting to activate the theme I bought. I even provided Envato with the transaction confirmation email and proof of the bank transfer. Yet, I’m being denied access without any explanation. Not only did they waste my time and effort, but I’m also out of the money I paid.It’s shocking that they’d treat customers this way, especially considering the thousands of similar complaints online. Envato’s handling of this issue feels deceptive and unfair. All I want is either my money back or access to the product I paid for. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
