For all first responders; stay away from AT&T and don’t be fooled by their First Net promises. Especially if you live in rural areas. Their coverage is horrible, customer service is nonexistent and cost will continue to climb year after year. My experience with them has been a nightmare and I am switching providers. Never will I return nor recommend them to anyone

I have been an AT&T customer for years. I am a business customer. I have a bill that was over $400 over my normal charges. I have called and no one can help me. As soon as I can I am getting away from AT&T.

I signed up to Quick Books as a self-employed sole trader. I did so as they were sponsoring my football team, West Ham Utd, and were offering a free first team shirt to those signing up and quoting the offer. Needless to say despite many attempts to contact Quick Books I have never received the shirt or an expalnation as to why not. I feel conned.

Got sent price increase letter starting sept but due to tech issue my account was cancelled from next billing date i.e August I immediately contacted Spotify but they said I will just have to rejoin and pay higher price for aug too as they cannot resolve. Instead I will go to alternative Amaz music who have 1 month free and cheaper per month. Spotify you are poor
Review of songkick
I bought some Olly murs concert tickets via song kick. Made a big error while doing so.I contacted customer service and Alesha was assigned my case. She was very polite helpful and professional through out and got the case handled promptly and efficiently. She made what could have been a very expensive panicky error very easy to deal with and a lot less stressful.Would highly recommend buying tickets from this site you will not be disappointed with the customer service received.

Creepy driver saying weird things led me to scramble out of the car, accidentally leaving my purse. The driver wouldn't return my purse, and Lyft couldn't be bothered to answer me after my initial inquiries. I ended up having to rekey my house and my car, replace my driver's license and credit cards, and my prescription medication. One top of this, Lyft sent a notification stating they were going to charge me $20 dollars even though the driver had not returned my property. The charge didn't go through, since I had to cancel my cards due to the situation. The driver finally mailed my items back after two weeks, but not until all the above had to be done. Yes, I made a report to the police, but was told they could do nothing. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Will never use again.
Review of ft
From the perspective of a culture vulture and lover of architecture, jazz and classical music, art, poetry. books and eccentric influencers - the FT Weekend has it all.I simply adore the Religious Opinion Section - as an Eschatologist (I write about end time prophecies contained in the Bible - Matthew 24.3-22, 2 Timothy 3.1-16), and Poetess. Always inspiring! Thank you. No Facebook/No Instagram/No Twitter
