The item was faulty due to a quality issue with the fabric. I emailed customer services to query why I was being charged £2 to return the order. I simply received a no reply email saying - Hello, Thank you for your message, the Anthropologie Customer Service team will aim to be in touch within 48 hours. There has been no further communication so I have sent the item back & paid the charge - poor client experience!Just responded to your latest feedback - rest assured I did not receive an email from CS if you'd like to resend it or share a copy of the communication I would appreciate it
