I transferred my euro’s to buy bitcoins. For my first transaction I was quoted a price of ~ 88.000 Euro for 1 bitcoin. Transaction cost were quoted at 149 Euro. After I made the transaction I had to pay more than ~ 90.200 Euro for 1 bitcoin. Looking back the trade range after the transaction the BC never was higher than 88.500. Very difficult to understand what happened and where the difference went. Customer service is non existant - its an ignorant chatbot and also the person chat contact can do nothing more than page page long standard answers. Stay away from Kraken - it’s a scam ! They advertiselow transaction cost and low spread - but it’s just make believe. What a bunch of crooks !

Be very wary of buying anything within the ads showing on Facebook. I recently purchased some shoes from the brand Clark’s. I expected a platform like Facebook would check or regulate who advertised on its site. I was wrong.Shoes never delivered and when I chased Clarks directly they advised it was someone pretending to be them on FB.Last time I’ll ever heed advertising on FaceBook.

Poor station used it at Glasgow airport. I spent allot of money at the subway store. The site is not disability friendly. I was over the apparent 15 minutes stay by 3 minutares although signage is poor. I am now stuck with a £100 fine poor customer service. Don't use this station

SCAM !! Stay away !! You will be pulled in into a free trial and scammed into a paid subscription. Charged my credit card $144 for a year. and now some bot is giving standard replies to my emails. They have no customer service, no phone helpline or live chat.

Went to Lowe's to purchase cordless yard mower and others a couple months ago. Applied for MyRewards credit card to get a 20% discount. Spent 20 minutes with clerk doing this. But she made a mistake and said she couldn't apply it to that purchase but would issue a voucher that I could use on next purchase. I never received my card but received a bill with interest. Chatted with agent on support chat. Ordered a new card and was told interest would be removed. Was told the store could look up my account for purchases until my card arrives. I needed supplies that day so I went to the store - 2 hours picking out deck materials. They could not find my account so was unable to get 5% discount on large purchase. They could not call MyRewards to get support, that I had to. I contacted support again at the store, started a new chat. After asking for my verification information I was switched over to an auto bot that was unable to help. Many hours spent with this ridiculousness. I'm cancelling my account asap and don't plan on returning to the store.

My husband and I ordered custom blinds from Lowes in Yorktown Heights NY. When they arrived by mail, one set was defective. We called the manufacturer who told us to return the set to the YH store and we would receive a refund and be able to reorder the set. WHen we explained this to the returns cashier she said she could not help us because we did not bring in the original box. She did not even look at our paperwork or the defective item. Another so called manager told us that she also could not help us, and told us to get out of the store. She called security on us. when we got home we called the corporate headquarters and spent 20 minutes on the phone with a rep. The rep said we would be contacted in 24 hours with a solution and that she was sorry for what happened. We also wrote an email to corporate HQ. After over a week we have not heard back from anyone. Lowes stole our money and we will never shop there again.

Worst customer service ever.I had a call back once, the line was terrible, could barely hear anything and had to repeat myself many times.And when I wanted to chase a new return camera that was promised to me on the phone, there was no reply from customer support despite making several call back requests. All of that whilst having a GoPro subscription. Their customer support will give you a headache and is not reliable. I wouldn’t trust this company and wouldn’t buy anything from them in the future. Sigh, as others have said Expedia and hotels.com are useless. We booked a hotel through them with no mention of it being non refundable. We had to cancel and all of a sudden it was non refundable. No help at all and they just want us to lose all the money
