Reliable service

I coud find a good reliable cleaner with Care. I coud try a few candidates first. I did not like that the premium memebership was debited several times from my bank account eventhough I had already found a cleaner.

I was searching for a pet sitter and…

I was searching for a pet sitter and signed up with care.com, choosing their monthly subscription plan (the option with the least amount of time) so that I could actually message sitters. When I found a sitter I liked it was set up where I couldn't message her directly; care.com wanted to book her (be the middle man) and required a temporary hold on my credit card. The hold wasn't even monetarily appropriate, meaning I only needed care for an hour a day for my dog, rather than all day. No options to change. I'm not comfy with temporary holds due to a past negative experience and that's my perogative. I immediately tried to cancel my subscription and of course the phone number I had to search for referred me back to the site for "help". Long story short, the best they could do was cancel my recurring monthly subscription but they did not give me a refund, as per their terms and conditions I'd agreed to. (Since I immediately tried to cancel, within 20 mins of signing up, I feel their terms and conditions could have been waived). This was a great site for me during covid. I was able to directly interact with child care sitters without additional holds on my credit card. I'm so disappointed with this site and do not recommend it.

Zero stars. Wayfair is the worst...

Zero stars. Wayfair products, customer service, and return policies are terrible. Use Amazon instead. Wayfair products are more likely than not to be damaged and useless, it's hard to get a refund, and if you go past 30 days and notice the product which was damaged from the start is getting worse, it's too late to get any help. Don't use wayfair. Use another vendor. We've used them several times and have had problems every time. At least Amazon's return policy is good if their product is bad, even months after the return date expired. Learned the hard way with Wayfair. We weren't able to put our cat tree together right away, because we were buying a new home and the closing got delayed 6 weeks. By the time we were in the new home and put the tree together, it was too late to get any help from Wayfair. They did say they would give me a 20% refund, but this was an expensive item that is total cheap rubbish. I chose to use them instead of Amazon, had no idea they would handle a return or refund so badly.

BassBros Ltd - simply outstanding

Will, the young man who is the owner and managing director of this specialist bass guitar / amplifier retail shop and on line retail business, offers outstanding customer service. His prices are a little below market rates, his attention to detail, his stock, the beautiful layout of his shop on a trading estate about a mile outside Leamington on Spa, and his excellent, reliable and totally trustworthy service make BassBros Ltd my absolute favourite music shop. I’m 66 years old, an ex pro musician who had a recording contract 150 years ago. I buy a lot of basses - at least 2 a year. I’ve now bought from Will 3 times in the last 4 years. Watch this space - I guarantee 10 years from now he’ll be as big as GAK and 20 years from now Thomann in Germany (by which time of course we’ll be back in the EU and Will’s business will fly. I strongly urge you to always look at BassBros first, whenever you're looking for a bass. Noel Price

GoPro Support is terrible.

GoPro Support is terrible.I bought a GoPro Hero 10 and media mod and it never worked quite right.GoPro support took 40 minutes on live chat to agree to an RMA, and the RMA process was very difficult.The replacement camera developed a similar fault and support was even worse the second time around.Seriously, buy a camera from a company that provides decent after market service.

No flexibility, even when it costs them more.

NOT AN ECO-FRIENDLY BUSINESS.I placed an order on ASOS and saw the price drop just a few days later. I reached out via live chat to ask if there was any way to get a goodwill refund or voucher for the difference, to avoid returning and reordering the exact same item — which actually costs ASOS more.The rep, Richa (who identified as the floor manager), acknowledged the price change but kept repeating the company policy. I stayed polite and explained that the price drop clearly wasn’t random, it was strategic, and that other retailers do offer flexibility in similar cases.Instead of continuing the conversation, the chat was ended by them refreshing my webpage by a session time-out, no warning, no goodbye. I wasn’t rude or demanding, just honest and logical.Even worse, ASOS encourages a return-reorder loop, which contradicts any commitment to sustainability. For a company that claims to care about the environment, asking customers to generate unnecessary packaging waste, transport emissions, and warehouse processing, just to re-buy the same item at a lower price — is absurd.No flexibility, no accountability, and no real care for customer experience or environmental impact. Would’ve expected better from a company of this size, especially when the floor manager is involved.

The worst airline ever

The worst airline ever ! If you want to travel with minimal stress and be well taken care of when unexpected travel situations happen, especially if you are traveling with a baby, definitely book any other airline.There is always an issue with the seating map selection that they provide online. It is somehow always different from the aircraft that we end up boarding.Always canceling flights like this time as well and no help at airport at all by agent, you are left alone sitting 12hrs at airport with baby ( without giving us a stroller)!!! trying to rebook your new flights over the phone because someone is lazy at the agent help desk and does not care at all to help and rebook you. Very unprofessional and definitely uncaring! Where are the manners? There were people with kids and us with a baby having to deal without help and sit on the phone at the airport for hours. UNACCEPTABLE their lack of customer care for all of the issues that they caused. Giving you the options of lowest graded motels as well. They lost our baggage of course (nothing new) and they still can not locate our stroller after 5 days !

Chase backdates transactions

I choose Chase because they are a national bank. Anywhere you are in the US, there is a Chase bank nearby. However they are not the friendly neighborhood bank. Banking with Chase I've had transactions backdated and then I was charged overdraft fees. An employee used my personal information, yes from my credit report to donate like 1,000 to some society in Atlanta. Bought car insurance for an unsold car on the lot.Chase is not your friendly neighborhood bank. The commercial are cool, but the reality is brutal and you will be burned for banking with Chase. If I could post a link to the recording I have of the supervisor at Chase admitting the transactions were backdated, I would.

I'm an XBOX guy since XBOX 360

I'm an XBOX guy since XBOX 360. I can admit that the last generation was won by PS4. But currently, XBOX has all chances to beat it. It's not just the most powerful but has also a game pass which is very cheap and handy. You can play Microsoft games literally the day they are released and also have access to hundreds of other games. And the gamepad is great. It hasn't changed much since XBOX 360 but it became very comfortable and good-looking.
