GoPro Support is terrible.

GoPro Support is terrible.I bought a GoPro Hero 10 and media mod and it never worked quite right.GoPro support took 40 minutes on live chat to agree to an RMA, and the RMA process was very difficult.The replacement camera developed a similar fault and support was even worse the second time around.Seriously, buy a camera from a company that provides decent after market service.
