I received poor customer service. I booked a room through The Knot as a guest at a wedding and wanted to modify my reservation. The Knot uses a company called Hotel Planner for their bookings. I never received a confirmation of booking or an itinerary after I originally booked the room so I had to call to even confirm I had booked successfully and to get my itinerary number. The room was marketed clearly stating that there is FREE cancellation, it's the only reason I booked with them. However, when they finally gave me my itinerary it said non-refundable. I have not been able to contact a useful person who has any information to help me, everyone I talk to is just playing dumb. Be careful, if you finally get someone to talk to they will say they are going to forward you to the customer service line and either they just hang up or send you back to the automated voice at the beginning. Additionally they wouldn't allow me to change the type of room from a single King to 2 Queens despite the room rate being the same. The room rate is also $20/night more expensive when booking through The Knot compared to booking directly with the hotel. I thought I was getting some kind of discounted wedding party rate but clearly I should have shopped around.UPDATE:After I left this review I did have someone from HotelPlanner contact me to sort out a refund. I appreciate that The Knot contacted them for me to sort it out but I wish it hadn't required a bad review to finally get some assistance. Happy with the outcome but the experience was still poor. Review updated from 1 star to 2 stars.

Don't get me wrong, I like GOG and I like DRM-free games. But lately GOG is *swamped* with "adult content". You can't avoid it. The e-mails about sales include it. It's embarrassing. There's no way to avoid it. Many, many people have requested that GOG allow hiding this smut from people who don't want to see it. GOG so far hasn't done anything about that. C'mon, GOG, clean up your act.

In my opinion, the penguin book printing quality has diminished in recent years, and I have noticed other people at book shops voicing the same concerns.The printing on the pages remains too faint and unreadable, possibly due to the publisher printing the books on the ink-save mode or by using cheaper ink. Also the font size on some books can be unnecessarily small even for medium-length works. Notwithstanding the poor binding across much of the penguin range, for instance the books appear to be floppy and bendy with minimal structural integrity. And I have witnessed the cover material on the book spine peeling off within days of use.Such cost-cutting methods only compromise the overall product and typographic quality of your books, not least the reader experience. Authors dedicate much effort and time into writing something decent, and one would expect the publisher to at least print the books with dark ink, readable font, good construction and paper quality.I put my findings in writing to penguin and they forwarded my feedback to the relevant department, however I somewhat doubt they will address the printing quality issues mentioned.In light of everything, I have since had no choice but to always double-check the publisher before purchasing any books, leaving me to seek previous editions from charity shops or inspecting the print quality before purchase.

I have 3 circle view cameras and 2 of which constantly go offline multiple times a day. After doing everything Logitech support asks the issues continue to happen. No they have asked me to pay for a HomeKit extension app to be able to send them logs of the cameras I’m having issues with for three months and been emailing them for a month now. They just keep trying to prolong the inevitable that the 2 cameras in question need to be replaced. If using HomeKit I strongly suggest to not use any Logitech products as you will have wasted the money buying them (circleview) and having to go out and purchase a different brand that will actually stay online and work

Brilliant value for money, when it works! Unfortunately, I encounter too many frustrating bugs or errors using the website. The server is often down or not working correctly, which can be frustrating when you are working on a time sensitive job.

Horrible customer service for credit cards and flight travel. They keep you on the phone for 35 minutes to answer one problem and then say they can't help you. Also made me repeat the same info 3-4 times. Recommend getting the sign up bonus then cancelling.

Warning do not buy Microsoft 365 services from telstra apps market place go straight to microsoft. Try navagting telstra apps market place and then try calling for support good luck speaking to some one who has any techincal knowledge and speaks good english. They raise support tickets and never call back. This is a reflection of Telstra as whole company when it comes to all services like internet and mobile phones completely unreliable.
